Ordered food on the app for pick up. When we got back to the house part of our order wasn't there. When I called they said they were out and I would have to put in a request via app. The manager just basically said sorry about your luck.

I love the food from this chain, but i swear the people working at this location must hate their jobs. Whoever runs this chain, they have no quality control here.

Multiple employees at different times I've been there, will have gloves on taking people's money and use the same gloves to make food.. I told the girl at the counter and she looked at me like if I was a Karen🤦

I just came in for a DoorDash order (5/16 @ around 6:35) and was immediately given attitude by a Spanish girl with glasses working the counter. There were literally people walking in and she was taking every single persons order while making me wait over 15 mins for a DoorDash order with nachos and 3 tacos. That’s it. Zero customer service skills, it’s absolutely disgusting. As soon as I came in she said she was starting the order now, it would take a minute because it was such a “big” order… 15 minutes later and I ask how much longer. She gives me attitude and says she’s doing it now as she taking more orders and complains how “big” the order was. She should get fired for being a nasty miserable employee that can’t even get a simple min wage job right. Wasted my time and the paying customers time.

Yo I'm going to leave this review right now... I just left the place... These guys are usually pretty short-staffed and do a good job, but right this second there's an employee there he's got longer curly hair and he just does not care at all... Homeboy saw that my order was ready and made me wait for 10 minutes so he could just get chips and give me a drink... Every time I've been in there he's had the worst attitude ever and it's his lack of work ethic that is going to keep me from going to this particular Moe's anymore... If the manager is reading this review you probably know who I'm talking about... This kid sucks get them out

I haven’t been able to down any food since having this on Monday and it’s been three days. Constantly using the bathroom. So by now I’d say i Got sick from the food here and they even messed up my order

Cammy made me the best bowl ever, so nice and made sure I was good to go with everything. 10/10 will come back if she’s working. Give her a raise

I usually go to the Penfield location but now that I work in an office in the City finding a MOes close is a challenge. I checked out the Irondequoit location and while my burrito was generous with what was put in it, I asked for my rice on the side in a cup, its how I always order it. I believe the guy making my burrito put it in a cup for me, and the girl at the counter saw it but didnt bag it up. Dissappointing!!. The Mt. Hope location in College town closed permanantly not surprised that location was terrible.

Note from the manager on the wall says employees portions are too big. The staff listen well because the portions are now tiny and not worth the cost.
