The Nutella sandwich cookies I got were amazing! Looking forward to going back and trying more!

Cooking for and eating out with a gluten free hubby is challenging. Any time we find a GF place we try it. Molecular is, by far, the best. We got fab cheese pizzas and a couple delish scones. And had a pleasant conversation with the owner. We'll be back in August when we bring put daughter back to school. We'll order pie the.

Just tried for the first time for their brunch test run; wow!! Amazing food, amazing staff. I can’t wait to try the pizzas, calzones and sandwiches.

I was able to try out molecular thanks to a yelp event where I was able to get 1 free pastry. We went for the first time at 10am on a Saturday on a very very snowy day. The space is still a work in progress. I think the way they operate is also a work in progress. They open at 8am and I thought there would be more items out. When we went they only had the bourbon tart and some cookies available. The staff also had to call the owner to ask about ingredients inside the food items...? Thankfully about 15 minutes later out came freshly baked cherry pastries as we intended to get more than just a free tart. The person who helped me did apologize for the lack of offerings as they are still working out their inventory system. The second time we visited molecular was to get take out dinner which I think the offerings were much better! We tried several items throughout both visits. We had the bourbon pecan tart, the cherry filled pastry, the red sauce mozarella and pepperoni calzone and a BBQ chicken pizza. The bourbon tart was great! The flavor is definitely subtle and in my opinion I didn't really taste too much of the bourbon which I honestly didn't mind. With the chocolate drizzle and pecan filling I expected this tart to be super sweet but it wasn't! It was just a mild sweetness, the layers were well balanced with the pastry layer not being too thick and the pecan flavor was mild and jelly like. My bf and I both described this tart as well balanced. The cherry filled pastry was amazing, definitely my favorite! The outer pastry wrap was crumbly, short and buttery. The filling was sticky and sweet. I would definitely go back for this one any time! The calzone we got for dinner was huge!!! It was the length of the box! This can easily feed 4 people! Our experience with this calzone was interesting. The crust was really good for a gluten free option, I just wanted to note that the side that's been twisted to close the calzone tended to be even more dry and was very thick. I think an extra side of sauce is needed to make those parts more flavorful. The filling was soooooo cheesy and gooey (yummies!!). The sauce was definitely very herby to me and the pepperoni added great meaty texture. The interesting part was that this calzone was much better the next day? We weren't sure what it was, but the flavors were much less punch your face herby and just melded together much better. The BBQ chicken pizza was my favorite dinner item. This is a personal pizza but in my opinion they piled the stuff on so high that it can definitely be shared. The crust you can definitely tell it's not regular dough but I really liked it! It's thicker than a usual crust and I think it rises more in the middle so you might get a mouthful of dough at times. The sauce was delicious!!!! It was mildly sweet and I wish there was more slathered on. I think the only things I would note is the chicken did tend to be quite dry and so the whole pizza overall needs more sauce to counteract the thicker crust and the chicken. Again this was for some reason also better the next day. With the portion sizes at Molecular, we had no issues in saving for leftovers! Overall, this is a fantastic option for folks who are gluten free. Their desserts are definitely on point and their lunch/dinner options are interestingly flavored and are huge portions! We will be back for sure for dessert!

I tried the bourbon pecan chocolate tart and the snickerdoodle cookies from Molecular. The tart was delicious! We didn't get to eat it for a few days and it was still amazing. The snickerdoodle cookies were also delicious, but I wouldn't say they were a traditional snickerdoodle. They had what I think were white chocolate chips and butterscotch chocolate chips, but not much cinnamon, if any.

This bakery is absolutely wonderful! I'd been searching for a place to find gluten free items and Molecular did not disappoint! I tasted the food in the car, and it was so good, I went back in for more. ? I highly recommend this Eatery.

It's hard to find great gluten free pizza that you can be confident is safe. This pizza isn't only delicious, but is in a dedicated GF facility. I'll be back! Can't wait to try more!

Hands down the best gluten free bread products I have ever had. I usually try to choose foods that are "naturally" gluten free like rice dishes, salads, etc, and avoid foods "should" have gluten - pizzas, calzones, etc. - since they never live up to expectations. But Molecular not only lived up to but exceeded my expectations - BY FAR! I enjoyed (and will enjoy for several more meals since the portions are so generous) a Buffalo chicken pizza and pepperoni calzone, and I can't wait to try more. This shop is an absolute treasure.

SO, so impressed by this incredible gluten free eatery! Where to start? Convenient location with ample parking in the back (we entered from this way and you can't miss the large lot), a gorgeous and bright space that will be filled with seating in the non-COVID times, and, the star of the show, the EATS! I am not a GF gal myself, but the number of gluten sensitive people I have in my life will warrant countless future trips to this spot. We sampled the bourbon tart, snickerdoodle cookies, and a cherry/white chocolate pastry. Everything was exceptional! The cookies were housed in the car, and come in packs of two when you order. The pizzas look exceptional, though from what I've read I would recommend ordering ahead so you can pick up with the rest of your order. The cherry tart was one of the most delicious pastries I've ever had, gluten or no gluten. So much butter, the way it should be. I can't wait to provide some more delicious options when hosting parties for my friends and fam with sensitivities. India is truly an inspiring human being who has put her all into these recipes and into this business. Her love and passion for delicious food and serving the community shines through in every interaction! I am so excited to watch this business flourish as more folks discover and fall in love with these eats. Go visit today!

We were having people over for dinner and we needed desserts! So Molecular we went! The shop is very much starting off and I cannot wait to see how it grows. I love that it is in the city but has a parking lot to park in! No street parking is the best. The staff there are so friendly and sweet! Everyone was polite and gave us great insight on the treats we got. They serve sandwiches and pizzas along with their pastries. I ordered two of everything they had available. Pecan Bourbon, Fruit Pastry, and Cherry Tart. Out of the three, my favorite was the Fruit Pastry. It was a perfect blend of sugar and tart. So fresh and perfect! The Pecan Bourbon was amazing too! I loved the chocolate drizzle on top. Cherry Tart was delicate perfection. I cannot wait to come back. It is so close to my work I should order lunch here sometime!

So glad this place exists for gluten free people! I myself am not gluten free but I know for others, it's so hard to find places that taste good for gluten free lifestyles and health choices. This place is exceptional when it comes to their desserts that you can't even tell it's gluten free. And that is what you want with gluten free food! I tried their famous pecan bourbon family size tart and peanut butter fudge cookies. I am not a tart person but I loved the crispy goodness of the tart shell and the chocolate chips went so well with the pecan. A tad sweet but so delicious. The peanut butter cookie with the fudge filling inside is a cookie to be reckoned with. If you pop it in the microwave for a couple of seconds before you eat it, even better! Have yet to try their savory goods but I saw others ordering it and it being made when I was there. Glad this place is here in my neighborhood too!

*****FYI*****It was easy to find a parking lot to park, but when you get out of the parking lot. You will need to be very careful to turn on right meanwhile you could overlook with on your left for cars coming toward. When I went inside and they all follow the social distancing procedure and the room itself is pretty much spacious and did not have a lot of tables. I came to an African American woman and asked for a fruit tart. She was confused then I asked her to give me the pen and paper. She finally realized that I am deaf. She smiled and said she knows a bit of sign language with her pride. I was like that's awesome! I told her what I want and she asked me to show her the new sign for fruit. It was heartfelt warming from her which I appreciate her efforts to communicate with me. Thank you!!! I took the tart with me and tried them. It was delicious and I think they should make a bigger tart because it is going to be a big hit during the summertime. The amount of sweetness is just perfect!!! I'd recommend anyone to go there if they are craving the fruit tart. They also provide other food to offer if you want to try a different kind of tart or have a meal such as a pizza.
