I have been going to this restaurant for 40 years. The last 4 times,my birthday,Mothers day ,a week before NewYears,and an anniversary the service has been horrible. I ordered lasagna it was col and had no meat in it. The waitress each time disappeared and we waited 30 minutes after we were done eating for the check.

Tonight we tried Mr Dominic's and man were we so happy with our experience. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. We celebrated a birthday which a 10 person party with two kids. Our waitress Taylor was beyond amazing our food came out quickly and fast. They even had a cute kids basket for the kids to pick out a toy. We will definitely be back. Thank you again Taylor for your amazing service, patience and bubbly personality.

My husband and I thought we should try Mr. Dominic’s again due to a gift card. We both been there separately throughout the years and both have had bad experiences. Well we both are disappointed again. $76 for 2 crappy meals and we didn’t even have drinks besides water!!!! The food sucked and the service wasn’t any better. I think people are so used to preservatives, junk foods and eating out that they forget what REAL food tastes like or maybe consuming alcohol takes away from the flavour! I am not knocking what Mr. Pane started. He was a nice man and he was certainly a foodie with a knack for connecting with his guests. Mr. Dominic’s, Mr. Pane’s legacy is turning into just another place to eat really saddens me. It used to be a special place with great food and top notch service. Mr. Dominic’s used to be a place to bring your dates so they could be impressed and you feel a certain kind of status and feel special!Nowadays no one cares about service aptitude nor connecting with your guests which is now a thing of the past. Now it’s ALL about the money and the bottom line…. No one has pride in what they do. PEACE to the Fallen and to Mr. Pane.

Got the fettuccini alfredo w/ chicken for takeout, while there was a lot of pasta and it was good, it was minimal chicken for $27. Maybe will try dine in next time.

I took my mom here for her birthday for the first time as she's been wanting to go here. Man were we glad that we did go here. Excellent service, all the food that we got including appetizers, main dish, and also dessert was Absolutely delicious! HUGE portions too. Great experience and definitely will HIGHLY recommend this place and most definitely will be back. Can't find no complaints on this place even if I wanted to. Lol 🤣😆

It was my mother's 60th Birthday and boy was it amazing the staff was so sweet and took such good care of us the food was top notch too absolutely recommended it was not over priced there was 14 of us and there was ample room and seating for us! I will absolutely return
Dietary restrictions: We had multiple people with seafood allergies and a few people ordering seafood no issues at all and the people with seafood allergies still had a very large selection of food to choose from plus they had gluten free pasta options for those with gluten sensitivity
Parking: They do share a parking lot but you also have street parking for free all together even at peak dinner hours we found a spot right across the street
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and plenty of stuff that kids will enjoy my son whose 4 had pasta and pizza logs and my daughter whose 17months absolutely loved their Mac and cheese
I ordered the Shrimp Alfredo pasta meal last week. Flavor was good! But I only got 4 small pieces of shrimp and a bowl full of noodles. It was not worth the price.
Went in on a Saturday for dinner with a friend. Ordered the Sicilian calamari to start. That was amazing. Probably the best calamari I’ve ever had. I ordered a scallops dish from their special menu and it was a generous portion but what totally ruined this dish for me was the pasta being VERY overcooked. It was angel hair pasta in like a white wine sauce with peppers and spinach. The overcooked pasta made this entire dish very mushy. It was also overly salty. I would not return to this restaurant for Italian food. There are a lot of other places in the city with way better food.
