Nathans gave my baby a bowl of soup during the saddest day of her life first day of chemo. She came home all lit up that she had a bowl of soup and it made her so happy during the storm of a hardship. Wow I hope that God blesses this business ten fold and you have a new patron for life, me! there's never food at the Cancer Center just a snack cart and for people to sit around hungry all day is really sad I know I was one. I made her pack some snacks and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich because I was afraid she was going to be hungry all day at the hospital. God bless you really for thinking of those suffering and hungry. I cannot put into words how this makes me feel. thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Turkey sandwich. Three thin slices of turkey, one slice of cheese on mini loaf of bread, Mayo. $8.75. REALLY. So disappointed.

I’ve eaten here all four years I’ve been at RIT and I love their food. The buffalo chicken sandwich with a side of mac and cheese is my go to comfort food on campus, though all their stuff is delicious. However at RIT there is one person that works there that ruins everyone’s day. I’ve known some people that avoid going there because they don’t want to deal with him, me included. Just last week, I had the worst experience and because of his behavior I’ve decided to stop going. This person ruined my day and I ended up in tears over something so simple.

Last week, I ordered my typical meal of a buffalo chicken sandwich with a side of mac and cheese and when I sat down to eat I noticed that the sandwich order was wrong and that it had marinara sauce instead of buffalo sauce. It wasn’t a big deal, so I walked back to Nathan’s and explained what was wrong and asked if they wouldn’t mind making my sandwich with buffalo sauce. When I got my order back it looked to be the same sandwich with the sauce just scraped off of it, still no buffalo sauce. At this point the employee was already really angry at me, so I decided to just get back in line and order another sandwich. Once he noticed I was in line again, he called me out in front of everyone and started yelling at me trying to gaslight me that it was the correct sandwich. Keep in mind, I have been eating this same sandwich order at least once a week for the last four years and knew that it was not the right order. After that I just walked away because I couldn’t deal with the yelling and gaslighting, found my friend, and broke down in tears on their shoulder. I freaked my friend out as I don’t cry often and they sympathized with me because everyone at this point has had a bad experience with that employee specifically. Other employees are really nice if you mention something is wrong with your order and will fix it for you as this is not an uncommon occurrence. Later in the day, I was recounting the story to a different friend in the vaguest details with only the sandwich order being wrong and the employee trying to gaslight me about the order. My friend’s response was “oh, angry Nathan’s guy”; he correctly could figure out which dining hall and employee I went to based on a vague story I told him. My friend also comforted me with the words “Don’t worry, he is always like that. You can tell he really hates his job. He ruins everyone’s day.” Because of this experience and the fact that this employee is always the one taking orders at Nathan’s, I refuse to further interact with him, and will no longer be coming to this restaurant as long as he works here.

I started going to Nathan's when they were located on Park Ave in the early 1990s. I knew by heart which soup to get on what day. Back in those days, the soups of the day would change each day and you would know which soups they would offer on what day. Today I had the incredible honor of having Tracey and Angela cater a ton of soups! They are absolutely amazing, wonderful and kind women that made my event OVER THE TOP PERFECT! The soups as always, are PHENOMENAL!!!!! A special thank you to Tracey and Angela that went above and beyond my wildest dreams of EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GENUINE CARE!

I love their soup and bread. I just tried their chicken salad on a croissant, absolute game changer for sandwhich type. Their gumbo, seafood bisque, and cheddar jalapeño bread are my absolute favorites.

I've been a longtime customer since park Ave in the 90's and I was thrilled when you came to Henrietta. The service is good but the food has gone down hill. Last 2 times I've ordered first one was refunded due to soup being watery, so I waited about 30 days made a purchase today and the egg salad had shells in both the sandwiches we ordered. Is it new owners- management? Very disappointing after years of great food.

I started loving Nathan's when it was on Park Ave. Lucky for me, I lived across from there and would be able to have it whenever I wanted. Now they are in Henrietta (I live in Webster) but I look forward to the days that I work from home and take the round trip down to the Regional Market to pick up Nathan's soup! You can never go wrong with Nathan's. I personally get the tomato or buffalo chicken soups, and HAVE to get a jalapeno or garlic cheesy bread with it. I recommend this place for a fast, easy, light lunch.

Parking: Parking is anywhere within the regional market - side of the building or otherwise.

A cute restaurant which serves fresh delicious food. You have a choice of different types of bread to choose from to build a home made sandwich sandwiches and soups are listed on the chalk board above the counter. Soups are home made. Orders are taken at tge front counter as well as pick up and payment. I ordered the chicken salad on wheat wrap with lettuce tomatoe and red onion. The chicken salad was plentiful with a nice leafy lettuce tomatoes fresh and the onion was nice and sweet. It was delicious! And filling. I'll definitely be back again
