Went for a special occasion with classmates. It was a good meal, I enjoyed it and it was a great spot for a date night

Unfortunately this has gone down hill. Ordered the "American Waygu" special. I find it hard to believe it was even a choice cut of beef. Wait staff seemed miserable. Drinks were....okay. Good vibe and atmosphere. the food is not the quality it once was and not worth the $

Whipped feta - fine, store bought pita. Winter veg pizza - mush Beet risotto - palatable Beet salad - overdressed and a few micro sized neeta Chicken lettuce cups - my friend thought it was crab. Something you would get on an airplane Service - no suggestions of specials till we pressed. I think wait person might have been high. Had two tables and seemingly forgot about one. Truly - an Applebees experience. So disappointing.

Great food, great service. Very nice atmosphere. The owner came to our table 3 times just to check on us.

We were underwhelmed. The location was cool, the drinks were good and fun. Maybe it was our service, we asked about specials and she sighed and had to go check and came back with only one special. About 10 min later a table was set next to us with a different server and they got a whole list of specials. Then we got the one special and short ribs, the special ribeye was pretty good but the short rib was dry. We also got an app which was good but the side salad was tasteless. Then at the end there was only 2 desserts to choose from (on a Saturday) our server wasn’t really interested in serving us dessert either. So overall that’s why we were just underwhelmed and a little disappointed.

My husband and I went early during happy hour for a drink and light supper on a Friday night. My cocktail was fabulous and we shared the sourdough winter vegetable pizza which was beyond delicious! We have been to Native many times and love the food and atmosphere and service.Vegetarian options: See review above

Native wasn't great but certainly not the worst. We decided to give it a try due to its close proximity to Geva Theater. The lighting was pretty dim which made reading the menus a bit challenging, but it was relaxing nonetheless. We ordered the burger and the artic char. The burger was okay. It came with fries that had seen better days. I know the look of old fries and should have sent the plate back, but service was slow and not worth waiting longer for hot fries. The artic char was good with a fair portion of char and vegetables, but nothing fabulous. The restaurant itself is nice and so was our server, but the food was slow coming out, taste was mediocre and low quality for the price.

Wasn't busy. But the bartenders were struggling to keep up. We had a table of 5 and waited over 15 minutes for our drinks. Our waitress great

The atmosphere and drinks are wonderful, especially in the summer. The food and the service are average for the price and not what it was a year or so ago. We waited 20 minutes for drinks, 30 minutes for the appetizers, and over 40 minutes for dinner (two burgers and a salad) on a weeknight when the restaurant was only 1/3 full.
