I don’t have a lot of experience with Ethiopian food but I’m about to be a regular. Everything I tried was delicious, it was cozy and peaceful and welcoming inside, and service was quick and friendly. I apologize to every lentil I’ve dismissed, I didn’t know they could taste like this.

Wonderful to have a fully vegan restaurant. The food was incredible. I ordered the greens, lentils, gnocchi and broccoli fritters. And the chocolate cake. We are moving to Rochester partly for the vegan scene. We have tried about a dozen restaurants. This is my absolute favorite. Very nice owner.
Great place for lunch buffet. Food is always hearty and flavorful. Atmosphere is quiet, simple and homey. Solomon is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. Decent price for a buffet. Free parking in lot out front. If it gets really busy, there is always parking on the street.

The food here is amazing, everything is very flavorful. The menu is all small plates, so you can order a couple different things for yourself or a lot of different dishes to share! We've eaten here many times. The owner is very kind and will answer any questions you have.

The BEST meal you can get in Rochester!! Our go to spot whenever we have friends from out of town. Kindest folks making the most consistently delicious food. BYOB as well, so bring some wine and the person you have a crush on! Do not sleep on Natty O!!!

Second time I have been here in 2 months and there has been a sign on the door with closed/ changed hours. Not coming back a third time. Timing is way different from online.
Solomon is awesome! Great food and a relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

It’s quaint, unassuming, and the menus are made of paper. It’s some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life.
Had dinner here tonight. Great service. Food came out hot and as fast as I was able to eat. Dishes are hearty and vegetable forward, plus there was a fabulous appetizer of spiced sultanas, nuts, and what I think were freshly battered/fried chickpeas. Dinner is very reasonably priced at $5 a plate. Delicious. Fancy but feels homemade. Reminded me of my sister's cooking and she is a wonderful cook :') I will definitely be going back!!

Yesterday I went to Natural Oasis. It was my first time there and the food was Amazing!!! I am not overly fond of lentils or split peas.. but these were so good… I had seconds!!! The ‘bread’ was made from teff and the tomato soup had such a unique and delicious flavor. If you’ve not been before… I HIGHLY recommend Natural Oasis. It’s right on Monroe Avenue 😊

I walked in there and was like hmmmm I’m not sure. But holy hell I am so glad I stayed. Literally the most scrumptious food on the planet, to the point that my whole family talks about it a full year later.
It's not often $45 fills me and my partner up for dinner. Plus my mom ate with us, and we had left overs! Delicious food, will be back.
We ordered take out and the food was still hot when we ate.

Probably our favorite restaurant in the Rochester area. Been going back for years. Anyone we’ve taken there has also loved it.
