Love love love! While my family orders from Two Ton Tony's, I order from New Ethic, and I'm never disappointed. I feel lucky to have such a great option for dairy free pizza- and their milkshakes are incredible too! Matt and Kathy are great along with the teens who work there. Quality control is on point, and last time... I couldn't decide between a traditional pizza and my favorite- the pickle pizza. It's sooooo good!! I highly recommend New Ethic. You're treated like family if you're a regular, and I always look forward to going there. The dining room is back open as well!! :-) Go try it, even if you're not vegan. You won't be disappointed!!Dietary restrictions: I'm so grateful for a dairy free option nearby!! Woot!
I'm an omnivore but I enjoy trying vegan cuisine. I was stoked to finally try New Ethic and they did not disappoint!!! The Joe Strummer pizza was delightful...delicious crust and the perfect amount of sauce dollops. The wings in Twin Peaks sauce were out of this world. The staff were friendly and the space itself was welcoming and cozy. And last but not least I love and appreciate seeing a business that has solid values. Can not recommend them enough!

My husband and I had recently moved to Rochester and we're excited to find some vegan pizza in the area, having come from Boston which had PLENTY of options. We decided to try New Ethic, and got two different flavors in our pies. They were good. But man, a few hours later both of us were raving to the bathroom with crazy GI (diarrhea) symptoms. And this had been the only thing we'd eaten that was unusual. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, and left two slices that I said I'd try again in the morning. Well, the same thing happened. I'm really bummed that things had to go that way. But meh. I don't know if I'm willing to risk GI issues for some vegan pizza.

First, let’s talk about the amazing service that I get every time I order! The staff is always very friendly and accommodating to my requests. Secondly, they have the best jackfruit wings they I have ever tasted. The pizza, calzones, cookies and plates are also flavorful and filling. However, their mission to support and serve ALL makes me a repeat customer. If you are looking for a vegan pizzeria that is 100% THAT PLACE: then New Ethic will not disappoint.

New Ethic bravely fills a niche needed in the Rochester area - vegan pizza, calzones, wings and other specialty items. While a bit on the expensive side, I am happy to pay for quality vegan cuisine when I have that hankering. Their crust is a unique texture, the kind you either like or don't, but their wildly creative combinations and toppings trumps that for me. The May Wah Wings, Garlic Knots and the Speziata al Miele Pizza are favorites so far. Will definitely be going on a regular basis.

Note that the door is not where you would likely expect it, but is facing away from the main road and adjacent strip mall. (Do not attempt to enter from the center of the shares building as this door was locked.)

So another place we don't live nearby but we were heading back from a long trip and called in a pizza order. I had the Hawaiian and my son had a cheese pizza. We also ordered chicken wings and fried mozzarella sticks. Additionally for the first time I tried the vegan fried dough. This was our fault for being so late that the food was a little cold but you can't fault the restaurant because it was on us for being late. I'm sure the food would have tasted that much better but the food was pretty good. I thought my pizza was okay but the mozzarella sticks were fire. Also the wings were delicious. The fried pizza dough reminded me of churros. There were really really good but I probably wouldn't get them because well it's fried dough with sugar. These people are super nice and I'm definitely going to go back if I'm in the area

You say vegan pizzeria, I say amazing!!! They also have a gluten free crust, that has a great taste. It was amazing as an “Uncle Buck” pizza. John Candy would be proud. Please also try the mozzarella sticks. These are not your mommy’s mozzarella sticks!!! They are the size of big pizza logs. Very flavorful and filling. Must try food. Go in hungry, leave happy.

This is actually my second time visiting New Ethic, and I wanted to share what a great experience I had (once again)! Recently having gone back to a Plant-Based lifestyle, I was craving a good pizza yesterday. I placed my order online for future pickup, then arrived a few minutes early to pick it up. My order was ready at a reasonable time, but the only slightly bothersome part of the (very short) wait was the fact that they were playing death metal in the background...not my cup of tea, but each to their own. I received my order, which was still piping hot when I arrived home. The Snapcase Pizza was great, a sauce base of Buffalo and Boss sauce mixed, topped with Chick'n and Vegan Cheese. Perfectly cooked crust, and just the right amount of topping. The House-Made Vegan Mozzarella Stix were surprisingly good! Cheezy with a stretch, and a nice crispy breading. The May-Wah wings I ordered with the same sauce blend as the pizza, Buffalo and Boss sauce mixed. They were good, but slightly mushy. I also wish they came with more than two celery sticks! The dipping sauce was really good too! Next time I think I'll try the Jackfruit wings. Anyway, I had a great dinner thanks to New Ethic, and will definitely be returning soon! Highly recommended!
