I had driven by this pizza place for many years and not tried it. I read the reviews and my bestie was in town and we decided to try the pizza and wings. It was the best on both accounts. It is very old school. Got to meet Nino and chat with him how he got in the business. Both the atmosphere of caring about the food he makes and the people he served is revealed in an excellent product. I would highly recommend!!!

Grew up on Nino's Pizza Hands down still the best pizza in all of Rochester! Order the white pizza with homemade Italian sausage and ricotta with the razor thin slices of garlic real authentic and old school! If you don't want the traditional thickness order Napolitan style for thinner crust! The wings always good size and great sauce! I ordered hot with garlic parm this time and they were outstanding! Nino himself and his son are still making the pizza and when u pick it up he opens the box to show you the beautiful pizza pie!!!!! Pick up only as far as I know and we'll worth the drive from anywhere!!! The special they have is great! XL pizza $14.99 cmon!!!!!! Order today!

Got a plain cheese to try out this place and it exceeded all expectations! I don't usually love the crust but they made a great one with an equally good sauce. Will be back!

This place hands down has the best pizza in Rochester. The older gentleman that served me gave me a history lesson on how cheese was made in Sicily. A true hidden gem of Rochester

Best, legitimate pizza I’ve ever eaten! Highly recommend stopping by - if you order in, the wait is totally worth it.

The pizza wasn’t that good... I thought it would be by all the good reviews! $35 for 2 small pizzas! The wings were soggy and the pizza was doughy and raw! It gave me a stomachache! I couldn’t stop going to the bathroom for 2 days 🤢 So dirty and that poor dog he has in there in the back!

A family-owned restaurant open every single day of the week and delivering up the most delicious pizza. Prices are decent, and the pizza is EXCELLENT! The cheese is so tasty. But the crust is even BETTER, being both crispy on the outside AND soft and chewy on the inside.
It's a small building with a 'pick up and go' kind of feel, but it does have two large tables with multiple chairs, and the proprietor is more than happy to let you eat and chat with your group to your heart's content. I've done it twice, myself.
Nino's is my new favorite pizza place. It's large pizza is slightly cheaper than Mark's or Salvatore's and it has the 'shop local' quality that's the other pizzerias lack.
Nino's is a hidden gem and a definite must try!

Food was really good pizza crust was soft and amazing! Sauce was sweet side but not to over whelming. Talked to the owner and he was a very nice man, talked about his pizza shop and starting a pizza shop.

Nino's is the real deal. Nino & his son run this modest pizzeria just as you would experience in Italy, Sicily, New York, Boston etc. While the shop has a no-frills atmosphere, the quality of the pizza is first class for a reasonable price. First, the dough & crust are excellent and cooked just right. The sauce is very good, if you want it spicer, just ask or order with sausage. The mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms and roasted red peppers are all excellent and the weight of the pizza is double what you get from chains. We usually order a half-sheet with toppings for 3 people and always have enough left over for a second meal. Finally, Nino takes great pride in bring your pizza to the counter, opening the the lid and asks for your approval before telling you the price & accepting your money. If you want to experience authentic Italian pizza, you have to try Nino's.

Such good pizza, it reminded me of my grandmother's. Had a wonderful chat with the owner who has the same accent as my grandmother did so that was also very heart warming. Will definitely order again next time we are in Rochester.

Excellent food but when I ordered online, they later updated the charge claiming I had underpaid. The price I paid matches their menu exactly. Dishonest business.
