It just wasn't theirs or my night. I came just at the right time to experience a bad experience. I love Olive Garden too. But this time, the service was not that good, although to manager did refund me my bill, I just wanted to go home.First, the waitress was in such a hurry constantly, she kept forgetting our needs. Our drinks came out just before our food, and the food seemed to take forever. When the food came out; my salad was soggy, my salmon was way over cooked, was burnt on top, and had mostly fat throughout ¾ of the piece of fish; They left my plate on the table so that I can eat my broccoli, but when my salmon came, after it took what seemed like 30 min I was just ready to go.

Excellent service. Came in Tuesday night about 30 minutes before closing and was treated kindly and attentively by staff. Came in last minute in bad spirits trying to give myself a decent birthday dinner and the kindness and friendliness of the staff really made my night that much better. Delilah went out her way to make sure I had my little cake after I told her last minute it was my birthday. The staff here really gave me a great ending to an overall bad day thank you so much
