The place was very dirty, my chicken was under cooked and had at least a pound of black pepper on it. And it was supposed to be bbq chicken. My 13 year old son ate his and still was hungry. Very small portions for the price. Definitely won't be going back.

I took my son and family here for his birthday. We had wonderful service and the food was pretty good too. I would recommend this place for a family meal that is still moderately priced.
Steaks we have were very good, services really good I'm not sure what they could have improved on. I like outback because it's a quieter atmosphere then like Texas Roadhouse.

I travel here occasionally from Syracuse with my family since our location closed. The staff is always so warm, friendly, kind, and attentive every time we come here. The food always tastes good and it keeps us coming back, despite the 1+ hour drive. Our waitress on Monday was very kind and generous! There was even a waitress cleaning tables who had a friendly chat with us too. The manager found out we came all the way from Syracuse and came to talk with us. Top notch service and food!
