We went to get takeout last night and they were very generous excellent service . We feel like everything was done coronavirus safety. I love outback and always felt that the food was excellent very fresh and it was no different getting takeout. If you order lobster you get a second one free. It was awesome.

This visit was amazing! Our waiter(David, I believe)was phenomenal! He was great with our children and e sure we had everything we needed. He even brought sanitizer to the table! The space was updated to promote social distancing. The chef, Jeff, was amazing as well! He came over to check on our food. During this quarantine, my faith in humanity has been restored immensely. Thank you Outback!

This was a very poor experience, but yet I almost expected this going to a chain restaurant. 3 out of the 5 steaks came out burnt and well done when no one at the table ordered anything over medium-rare. Our waitress, who was the sweetest individual and did her best to fix everything, spilled drinks all over a child. Like I said, I almost expected an experience like this. Good people, average food, and just a poor experience.

I stopped coming here due to poor experience in the past, but went here out of convience for my daughter's birthday and we had a great time. Server was super kind and accommodating. Manager came over and introduced himself to us and was very kind asked us how the visit went. They even gave my daughter a free birthday desert.(places don't do that anymore!) Overall, a good experience. And will be happy to go back again in the future!

I had used their call ahead service. We were seated right away. The server was pleasant and efficient. The food was cooked just right and everything was very good. We love the steaks here and the bloomin onion is wonderful.
The service in the restaurant was incredibly slow throughout. Every stage of the process was a long wait. This was not a busy time of day. There might have been a dozen tables. The food wasn't exactly as ordered. The tastes were off but not exactly bad, but not up to the normal outback quality. Outback is one of NY favorite chains, but I will not be returning to this location.

Chains do have it down to a science. The steak was perfectly done to order. The mac n cheese has a little kick to it, the mashed potatoes are the "comfort food" kind of tato. The dessert flight we got was not impressive, the fruit was good but the cake chunks were pretty dry. Service was good, friendly and quick, though it was barely half full.

We had a nice time. Very nice waitress. Very friendly. Steak was cooked perfect. Drinks were a little slow but overall it was a positive.

I think I'm being generous with the three stars but my companions enjoyed their dinners. Mine was not tasty. The French onion soup tasted like it came out of a can. It was metallic tasting and gritty. The usually delicious wedge salad I ordered lacked bacon bits entirely and the blue cheese dressing had an off taste. And worst of all my beer was flat. I didn't complain because we had already waited an hour to get seated. Yes it was a Saturday night and it was understandable but we got there at an early time (5:15). But they must have some policy of seating everyone else that calls ahead or does online seating because many parties that came in after us were seated before us. I definitely won't go back on a busy night ever again

It is exactly what you expect. There service, greeter, and food are fine. There is nothing spectacular or outstanding. The facilities are well traveled, but serviceable. If you want Outback, you will get Outback here and not be disappointed.
