The food here is great, but the customer service has gone downhill. I recently called to place an order, and the person who answered sounded rushed and impatient. Instead of putting me on hold like they’ve done in the past, I said I wanted to place an order, and they snapped back asking me what I was ordering. When I mentioned a few potatoes, they told me I didn’t need to order over the phone because it’s a drive-thru and my food would just sit there until I arrived. I hung up — I refuse to explain why people call ahead. I’d rather support a business that values its customers. This was the last straw, especially after my last three orders were incorrect.

I just love eating a quarter of a rotten moldy potato i received a $15 gift card for this and i really feel thats not enough how can the employees even let something like this happen just shows carelessness not very cool

The brisket was seasoned to perfection, my son loved the pulled pork he loved the macaroni and cheese….I loved the Cajun corn my daughter loved the mashed potatoes and gravy, the cornbread was so good I’m from the south we love sweet cornbread and my son devoured the potato salad the baked beans were so good…we’ll be back for sure.
The Mac salad wasn’t cooked long enough I couldn’t even eat it

I used a delivery service. I received my food in a timely matter and the food was hot. The food itself or is it very good It was overseasoned. This was my first time so I don't know if the food is always like that or it was just my order. I won't try again I was a bit disappointed.

Bunch of apparently stoned people working there, sent notification that food was ready arrived and Nobody came to window for 10 minutes then said food wasn't ready. Paid extra for extra meat and didn't even get 1/3 of regular serving. Cheese was under the potatoes, no sour cream on 2 no bacon on any. Definitely don't waste your time and money here. Won't order again!
