April 28 2024 was my first time at this establishment. When I first walked in the music was playing & I started dancing.. The DJ was awesome & greeted me..that was the highlight but after that it wasn’t good.. The bartenders were not friendly at all. Everytime I politely asked a question, I was treated like I was bothering them. Then I was waiting patiently for a cup of water. I literally waited over 20 mins when another couple came up to the bar & was serviced before me, which made me having to wait even longer.. I didn’t say anything because I already know what’s the deal here. However it was wrong. Then after serving them I was asked what I needed. I literally went up to that bar several times but from the first drink ordering it was awful. Also I found out about food ordering so I went over to order & asked about the process & was treated badly. I couldn’t even hear what the guy was saying.. I said I’m from out of town & never been here before. He spoke to me from a long distance knowing I couldn’t hear from the music in background. So I finally said can I order 6 wings, & how do I pay, who do I pay, I also asked how long of wait but didn’t get anywhere. So I walked away without knowing if I would be getting an order or not. I decided after an hour to go back again & try again. So at this point he put stuff in a container & I found out it was mine & he said $15 I believe but I told him I ordered only 6 but I was like it’s ok I’ll pay for them all but let me count them, so he said u don’t believe me, I was like I just wanna make sure. But on the other hand to myself I said, not to him.,like why would I believe anything after what took place about the whole process in the first place. Throughout all of what happened I refused to let anyone ruin my night. I haven’t been in Rochester in over 7 years, but born & raised here. Definitely not what I expected or needed to experience here at all. Not cool.
