Foods awesome but the new guy needs to learn how to make a proper sub, last time I was in and ordered a pizza sub it was cold and time before that my veggie was dry as a bone. Otherwise all other experiences have been amazing ? So please train the new guy he's nice but his sub making skills need tightening

Store could use a tune up. Doors are kind of grungy looking. Breakfast pizza was awful. Ordered a 1/2 sheet and I think they cut up one strip of bacon for the topping.

First time I've ever been here and Im in love. Everything about this place really made me feel comfortable. The food was amazing, the dude behind the counter was dope. Way cheaper than any sub place I've ever been to too. Highly recommend if you're passing by and wasn't something quick to eat! Their nuts are pretty tasty aswell

Last THREE times I’ve been there, it has been ABSOLUTELY terrible!!!! I’ve lived in Gates 24 years and when I’ve come in, it’s always been a guy there (assuming the owner) and the food was great! Went WAY DOWNHILL since the lady has been there cooking! TERRIBLE! I think I’m done going there unfortunately!!! First, she blamed 2 of the ovens not working properly! Next, “the dough was on it’s LAST LEGS” (IDK exactly what that means but it doesn’t sound good)!!!! Even this review process is a joke… I’m complaining about my experience and they ask “what food you’d recommend”!!! SMH!!!

The staff is awesome from out of town working in the Rochester area and after my first visit the staff always remembers my name when I come in I eat their daily now for their good food and awesome
