Service is always great, portions are always generous. The flavors of the sauces and the melt in your mouth meats are other worldly. Can't wait to try the seafood next. I tell myself to not eat all the sides first but they are so delicious they practically disappear.
The best Oxtails in Rochester!!!! I am VERY picky about JA food because not everyone cook the same, BUT, Pan-Cart....wooh....just like my mother's cooking. And if you know me and you had my mom's cooking, well here is the alternative, and you get your money's worth.Thank You Pan-Cart!!!
The curry goat was delicious! This was the first time I ordered from Pan-Cart (they were kind enough to deliver at a busy time). I had heard good things about the food and I was not disappointed. I look forward to trying the other dishes on the menu.
