I ordered 2 chicken and 2 steak bagel stack sandwiches. 1 of the chicken sandwiches was decent, the other had what looked like the leftover chicken scraps. One of the steak sandwiches had no meat on it and the 2nd had some, but not much. These also came on regular bagels (2 sesame & 2 plain), which I don't think are the correct bagels. I ate the one witout any meat and it was very disappointing as it was a huge sesame bagel with a little bit of arugula, sweet peppers and some aioli. I would not order again.

Ordered online door dash never picked my food up from the restaurant. I contacting the store about long wait for delivery. The manager was responsive and followed through to make sure I got my order. My order was still fresh after the wait. Thank you for fast thinking and willingness to go above and beyond to problem solve!

Orders from this location are often missing items including the actual entrees. I’m also finding the sandwiches poorly made. For instance, today I got Mayo on only 50% of my sandwich, the avocado was cut in half and placed on roughly 50% of the sandwich, the tomatoes are rock hard and most of the slices are mostly skin. And now I’m too tired to drive back to get my missing items and $15 back.

Love the webster location but don't like the penfield location. The penfield location always let me down, but the webster location is good healty portions, and they are always so polite

Placed an order on a Saturday for pick up at 5:40. Got a notification that there was a delay. Waited 15 minutes past time to be told they have no bread and can’t make 3 of the sandwiches I ordered. I was so upset because I would have cancelled the entire order. Was told to get a refund for the sandwiches from the manager who didn’t even apologize. How are you Panera Bread and you have NO bread?
I purchased the chicken Ceasar salad and it very disappointing. The full salad is now not much bigger than a side salad, with a few small pieces of chicken at the bottom! They increased the price, its now $12, but greatly reduced the portion. It was not good at all and the bread was stale!

We have gone a few times now and our soups, salads and sandwiches were great . I especially like the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad . Here’s my 1 complaint : we dine around 7:30 pm and they are often out of French bread bowls . My fav meal is their great chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl. So disappointed tonite.
