Shopping at Costco Rochester, stopped by this place for a quick lunch for couple of times. Easy order, good food especially thanks for the food prepare agent Yazae. She always was easy communication and quick service. She could remember the habits of mine just after a few orders.

MYA is wonderful! My first time here took my mom for a dinner. Mya welcoming energy and smile and upbeat tone was great! Mya Took the time to rest assure each of our orders before placed. When I asked for a great recommendation Mya shared her feedback and helped walked me through. When it was time to cash out, we found the account and found a $3 savings as well! Mya paid attention to detail for the customer and her order in making sure everything was taken care of and smooth and did it effortlessly with joy! Need more team members and people like Mya! Nice atmosphere great food and it was a great experience thank you!

Plenty of tables, especially tables next to outlets! I go here to do some work/studying on my laptop, and this location has a lot more outlets than any other i have visited.
Food is ready pretty quickly. I haven't had any problems with a dinner order being messed up, and I usually make several alterations. The only problem I've had is with the sweet selection. I normally go late in the afternoon (about 5pm) and it can be really hit-or-miss. Especially on the weekend.
Staff is pretty chill and friendly. Pricing is what you'd expect, though the upcharges to add something extra have gotten kinda pricey. 3-something dollars to add about 3oz of pre-processed chicken to your sandwhich. Bananas! But I digress. That's not the location's fault lol.
All-in-all, this is a very quaint and cozy location. Good place if you want hot coffee and a warm place to work. Definitely recommend. 👍

Ordered on the kiosk for myself abd co worker that took 10 minutes at 2:30 and they had to no chips, no cheese. When I went to pay the credit card, the reader didn't work. They told me I had to order at the counter, but we only get 45 minutes for lunch and didn't want to reorder. They lost a $75.00 sell.

On Sunday, 9/6, Hot water, hazelnut and decaf coffee all out, as well as creamer. At 1:16, only about 15-20 customers. Not to busy to check coffee and refill, ridiculous, so disappointed bc I come often. Tables in the back not clean, I watched customer wipe off her own table, really💁🏾♀️ on the positive side my bagel was toasted just the way I like it which is generally dark and the atmosphere was okay because it wasn't busy.

I order a chicken needle soup, the soup Watery, my bowl not even full of the soup, just little over half of the bowl, and expensive, most of their food portions are beyond reasonable limits.
