Was feeling under the weather so I ordered soup and sandwich for delivery. When delivered the soup was spilled all over the bag and o to my free baguette that looks like the driver took a huge bite out of! The soup wasn’t even an actual cup worth and was all broth w only one teeny piece of chicken. I ordered chicken noodle. My bacon rancher sandwich was less than impressive. It had an awful fake smoked taste and was cold and dry. I also paid more only for delivery fees as well as upcharged food for each item. Waste of money and the bread went in the trash as it was soggy and chewed on by the looks of it. I spent $24 plus tip for a half of cup of broth and a half of sandwich that was terrible.

I know that Panera prides itself on being healthy. I do enjoy the food, coffee and atmosphere, 1 of my favorites is Fugi Apple Chicken salad. I have not ordered it for a while as I looked up the nutrition information. I need to limit my salt intake. Do to the sodium level, I may never be able to order this again. Do you have a list of low sodium options at Panera?

I was in drive-thru, they took more than 20mins people in line are honking and they don’t have a system to handle the delays, usually if there is a delay they will ask us to wait in the parking lot and they will handover but its not like that in this location.
Also I have ordered for hot sandwich but they gave me cold sandwich
The bathroom has no paper towels and the air dryer was out of order. The staff was notified and didn't care to give a response.

Unfortunately, it's not just this location, but the quality of Panera's food has gone down since COVID. Also, for quite some time now, every time I order, there is something wrong and/or missing from my order. A couple weeks ago I ordered breakfast items for a work meeting. When I got to work I realized part of the order was missing. I called and spoke with one of the managers who told me she couldn't give me a refund, but the next time I was at the location I could get the item. Today we were going to be near the location, so I ordered a salad and was hoping to also pick up the item missing from the previous order. I ordered a salad and paid extra for a hard boiled egg. I also asked for no avocado. I got my salad with avocado, and no egg. Also, they were out of the item that was missing from the previous order. The worst part of all of this is I leave a tip on each order. Basically I'm tipping for inaccuracies.

Disgusting kitchen, person making yawning in your food. I was handed a tuna sandwich with a 10inch hair. Did get a refund but if you like your health then stay away from junk like Panera.

Service was terrible my mother and i were waiting to order for a solid 10 minutes watching the employees talk in the back room. Salad was missing several ingredients and when asked for them the reason they weren't added was because the bin they were using ran out and they didn't want to refill it so they just didn't add it. I went into the restroom and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. There was literal dried cum on the wall and if you cant clean a bathroom well then how well do you clean your kitchen? I highly suggest going somewhere else which is disappointing to say because i love panera. This location is absolutely disgusting and i will never recommend this location to anyone and i will certainly not be eating here ever again.

Absolutely horrid. Tomato soup tasted like they dumped a can of condensed soup in a pot and heated it with nothing added. The 1/2 tuna salad sandwich had about 1 teaspoon of tuna and old greens.
