I have always loved Papa Johns Pizza and that garlic sauce. I ordered the cheddar crust pizza with just cheese and some root beer and it was sooooo good. I ordered it so many times. I hope they bring it back.

The place is very small with no seating available but the pizza was no short of delicious. Ordered a small pepperoni for myself and loved it. Every Papa John's location seens to be consistently good. 4 stars because they don't have the cuppyroni at this location.

I waited maybe 5 minutes or more before a young lady asked me if I was ordering or picking up. While I waited, the cooks were laughing and joking around. Most of them were aware that I was there, but they kept on what seemed to be goofing off. I noticed boxes on a counter, but since they took so long to get to me, I thought those boxes were empty, and my order was coming out of the oven soon, but to my disappointment, two of those boxes were my order. I don't know how long my order had been out of the oven. The pizzas were for my son and I. When I got home and opened my pizza, I was terribly disappointed. Hardly sauce, pepperoni, sausage, nor cheese. The crust was very doughy. I got my two pizzas on 6/21/2025 at approximately 3:40 pm from 2852 W Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY. I just thought management should know. Thanks.
