My parents came to visit. I'm not a coffee person but all my colleagues and friends were recommending Pearson's so I brought my folks here and they LOVED it! They ordered the Greek yogurt, bagel + sundried tomato cream cheese, cappuccino, and drip coffee. Staff were very helpful explaining everything. Very satisfied! Will return!

I plan all of my job's events and lunches. Today we used Pearson/Swan catering and it was excellent. The event was for around 100 people and the food was a huge hit. It arrived on time and nicely packaged for easy set up/clean up. Thank you for making today's event better!

The coffee here is good, though definitely on the pricey side. Unfortunately, I had a strange and disappointing experience with a barista today. When I walked in, I said hello (excited to try the Valentine’s Day tiramisu latte). The barista looked directly at me for about 10 seconds without saying anything, then went back to talking with the other barista as if I wasn’t there. I stood quietly at the counter and wasn’t acknowledged or greeted by anyone. I completely understand that customer service can be tough — I’ve worked in it for over 10 years myself — which is why I try to be an easy and respectful customer. Even a simple “Hi, I’ll be with you in just a moment” would have gone a long way. I’m trying to be gracious and assume maybe they were having a bad day, but the lack of basic acknowledgment really took away from the experience and has now made me question whether I’ll return.

Top notch food, tea, and coffee. Parking is very bad. City of Rochester just doesn't get it -- if you have substandard public transport, you MUST have good parking or people will stay away!

This was my first time at Pearson’s and it was incredible. I ordered their tiramisu latte and although on the pricier side, it was well worth it. It was so good! I also got a bacon egg and cheese on one of their homemade bagels— it was phenomenal. This is a great place to take someone who’s not from Rochester to get a wonderful coffee/breakfast experience. I cannot wait to go back and get the tiramisu latte again! ☕️

didn’t know that toasted meant they were gonna burn the bagel 🫤 and the coffee was okay not amazing, and is also very expensive for such a small drink. parking is terrible, such a small lot, and an annoying walk to get there if you don’t want your car towed. layali is better
My drink was excellent, but you didnt have to go to hell and back for my garlic bread grilled cheese. Literally, the thing was so burned it was black! Couldn't taste anything but char.
Great service, love the ambiance. friendly employees.
