The food we had was good but they are getting ready to close for the season so the menu was limited. I had the shrimp Po Boy. It was delicious.

The food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich it was very burnt no taste. My wife’s burger was disgusting also no taste and burnt. There were bugs inside also very dirty. The service was very slow. Even the fountain drinks were bad probably haven’t cleaned their soda machine.

This place I viewed as ok before then I had an encounter with a white woman waiter I made numerous calls they finally called back and tried to convince me that the racists experience I encountered there was untrue because the white woman dates a black man and the rude lady that decided to call me back just told me to go somewhere else and hung up on me unprofessional and their so quick to judge black people it's OK I'll definitely support my black people from here on out.

It was a great day to go to the Pelican Nest. Sunny, breezy, not too hot. The service was great . The music was as well. The food was great. Good time to say the least.

It was a beautiful fall day to sit on the deck and have lunch. There were plenty of seats in the shade and in the sun. The waitress was very friendly and attentive and the food was good. There is quite a variety of things on the menu and they have a good selection of drinks.

Had spinach dip and garlic Parmesan wings...both were no good..what made it worse was the owner when notified came over to the table ate one of my wings and said "that's how it's supposed to taste"

Was so excited especially for the view but the artichoke dip had puddles of oil on the dish, The garlic parm wings were sour, Then when it was mentioned the owner took a wing said let me try this and ate the wing? Both server and manager had attitudes when we politely asked if they could take the dip and wings off the bill.. The view was incredible though

8 of us had food tonite at pelicans. Great service, attentive, food good. Great view by river.
