Didn't have a chance to try the food.
I just wanted something that was vegetarian and hot. Music was overwhelmingly loud but I was hungry.
Tried to order at the self serve touchscreen. Maybe there's a register with a cashier I didn't see. Anyway, that's fast food behavior.
Nothing in my diet was available hot except fries, so I figured I'd try the cold veggie sub. But wait! There's a limit on how many vegetables you're allowed to order.... on a veggie sandwich....on a $11 veggie sandwich... so I chose between mushrooms and bell peppers. Whatever.
But then the chef or cook starts drumming with the spatula. Really loud metal banging just on the other side of the wall in an already loud (and empty) dining room. That was enough for me.

I have sent several emails regarding the issue I had it’s been several months and no response, the men cooking are great but people like Jaime who makes mistakes and get nasty with you and when you complain to the manager they won’t make you a new sub they want you to purchase a new sub and they take off 25 percent! I am a caseworker for the State I have purchased as many as 10 subs or more at 1 time for coworkers lunches during lunch .over the last year when I have purchased 1 or 2 subs where the problems exist, they put wrong items on the subs but want you to repurchase a new sub? I will not be back this place has poor customer service and management

I called to place an order and was told that there was another order that was being worked on and to place my order online. This is not the first time I have been pressured to order online. He said that I would have to hold them. 17 minutes later I reached a spot where I could pull over and ordered online. I am from out of town and was driving. He claims to be General Manager and when I asked for his name the person that rung me out refused because he could tell that the treatment was not right. The name in my receipt is Jynaree. He refused to apologize for leaving me on hold and even said no one told you to wait???? Unbelievable the other staff just stood there. This is obviously normal for him. Totally unacceptable and I need to know how this will be addressed. Owner Peter only replies to 5 star reviews so I’m sure this employee will probably get away with this.
Updated: Owner Peter, reached out and addressed my concerns with the service. This owner seems to truly care about the customers that patronize their business and that says a lot. While my service experience was terrible, his efforts have gone above and beyond to repair my trust.

THE SERVICE HERE SUCKS sat around for 10 minutes not one greeting from a staff member. every staff member they had available was making sandwiches they had no one greeting customers or at the front register “not even a well be right with you” the one employee i did speak to was very rude and dismissive i placed a pick up order and in the time it took for them to respond my food was like warm i wish i could give 0 stars because its like this every time i go in i wont be returning

I decided to ditch the large establishment sub stores .
And I wasn’t disappointed !
To start the bread is absolutely delicious with a good portion of meat.The staff is friendly. So definitely will go there again!!

Went in with a 20% off coupon that I got from the Lilac Festival Parking. Coupon wasn't expired and says 20% off order, up to $20 off entire order. I try to order and say I have the coupon and am told I need to order at least $20 worth of food to use the coupon, per the owners. Coupon doesn't say that anywhere, so I couldn't get one sub and use the coupon, which is a shame because their subs are delicious.
