Great food, but service is beyond terrible. Pre ordering a sub here is pointless. They messed up the order, and I had to go back. Was made to wait again even though the sub was ready and sitting there. Rude isn't a strong enough word to use to describe the staff...

Went in usually my guy Jamal is on the grill steak sandwiches be juicy and fat found out he burned his foot he's out so now I'm like dam ok I'm still try yall out worst decision ever the new jack lady they got running the place made my sandwich it was dry missing the meat that is usually on point skinny pathetic excuse for a steak sub owner I'm out till yall get it back together watche her put meat for my two large subs on grill employee says make mine to since u making steak I watch her make 3 subs out the portioned meat for two subs I'm done

Again, this place was recommended by a friend from the area. When I walked in with a couple at the same time, they ordered with the cashier and I ordered at the kiosk. The kiosk was easy to manage. The staff wasn't friendly at all. No smiles or thank you. I also noticed some tables were dirty and an associate was in a booth watching something on her phone. I don't think she was on break because everything she had no customers she would do that.

2nd time this year I placed an order and something was missing from my sub. I'm on lunch and can't go back and they aren't answering the phone. I ordered the club but with Provolone cheese only to get back to work and theres no cheese on my sub

I had ordered a Greek salad with feta to take away. Unfortunately, there was no feta on the salad. :-(( Therefore only 3 stars.
Very overprice up they put a lot of feelers. For instance, if you get a medium chicken sub they’re only gonna put two chicken fingers and you have a lot of bread and lettuce.

I ordered a Steak Sub and Fries through Door Dash. My food was delivered promptly and a team member name Keem made my Steak Sub! This sub was hot and delicious! My fries were too! We stopped in on Thursday, October 26 around 630. The staff working were fabulous. The food was five star all the way. The meat and french fries and hot sauce were perfect.Parking: Plenty of parking, no problem at all.
