Like others said, 490W Exit:11A Ames St South -> Danforth St -> Zena St Shipping: Stay to the left after entering Zena St, text number with PO# and Trailer#, someone will come out and tell you what dock door to go to. Receiving: Chester St (a left on Zena St) across the parking lot ‼️BRIDGE SAYS 12’ 10”‼️ DONT WORRY ABOUT IT (i didn’t trust the other reviews but still took my chances! ALL GOOD THO, BRIDGE IS HIGHER THAN 13’ 6” In & out in about 2hrs

If you’re heading here, take I-490 to Exit 11, then go south on Ames St. The overpass sign says 12’10”, but actual clearance is around 13’10”. Turn left onto Danforth, then left again onto Zena St. Park on the street near the dock — Shipping is on the left side, and Receiving is through the trailer yard.
Important: Don’t park in front of the fire hydrant, and do not ring the doorbell inside Shipping.
Just text your PO number and trailer info to the phone number posted on the window, then wait in your truck.

Very tight turn. Exit 11A head south (ames st). You can go underneath 12'4 bridge with 13'6 trailer. Loaded in 1hr. There is no parking, park on street and check in.

Easy as pie. Exit 11 on 490W go under 12'10" bridge its 13'10" ( most NY bridges are marked 1ft lower due to snow in winter) take 1st left on Danforth 1st left on Zena Chester St at T. The docks are on left. In dock before appointment and loading right away. Good day I guess.

Good job for the drivers that keep posting the directions how to get here, is like some drivers said before off exit 11 make a right and don’t worry once u see 12’10’’ is more than 13’6 but u will be fine
