This was my go-to pizza place. I really like their food and have been a loyal customer. Even though there is another pizza restaurant right down the street from my home and others close by, I would drive the ten minutes to Perri's, because it was worth it. So, why the bad review? I am giving them only one star and I am no longer supporting their business because of my experience last night. I ordered pizza and wings online and went to pick up the order. When, I got there, the counter person who took care of me had a mask on but it wasn't covering her nose, just her mouth. Another man in the back, cooking, had a mask around his chin. A third young man came out from the back, also with a mask around his chin. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC! The numbers here in Rochester have been on the rise for over a week. It has been proven that masks help to stop the spread of Covid. I am 100% about supporting small businesses and local businesses. I always have been. And, I know how much the restaurant industry has been hurting. I try to get takeout from restaurants as often as I can to help them thru this difficult time. However, I will no longer support ANY business that does not take this seriously and does not take the VERY SIMPLE measure of wearing a mask properly. If you do not care about the health of your customers and your staff, then I don't care about your business, either. UPDATE: I just spoke with the Manager of that location. He and the owner had just been discussing my review, in fact. And, I will say that I was impressed about his response and I will, at some point, give Perri's another chance. He let me know that they do take the pandemic very seriously and that they are implementing new guidelines/procedures to make sure that both customers and staff are kept safe. It is completely understandable that you can't be at a business all the time, watching everything and you can't watch every employee every minute. And, it is a difficult and stressful situation for all. He assured me that they are taking this seriously and i have no reason to not believe him. So, I will try Perri's again, because I LOVE their food. And, if it's all okay, in terms of safety, I know I will change my rating to 5 stars.

Great thin crust pizza,fresh toppings, friendly staff. They have a few outdoor tables ,eat in or take out.

I went to this place last month and got a basic cheese pizza. I’m not the type to got crazy on my toppping. The pizza was greasy and sloppy. I couldn’t get through half the pizza without feeling sick. I was on the toilet for 2 days. And when I tried to eat the leftover the next day I found a long blonde hair in between the cheese and the crust. I promise NEVER AGAIN

Worst pizzeria I’ve ever been to. Management is a complete joke, bad service, and food. I would stay away from this place if I were you, there are better places to eat at.

I've officially ordered from the Lyell Ave location for the last time. The management there is a joke. They never... I mean, NEVER get an order right. Tonight I called this place back for the third time in less than a year because my pizza had the wrong toppings and was under-cooked, even though I ordered it WELL DONE, and the wings were so under-cooked you could still see the bumps-on-pale-skin effect. Not only did I not get an apology for the inconvenience of me having to make a second trip, but I had to wait on hold while a manager approved making me the correct pizza. Never, EVER again will Perri's Pizza Lyell Ave get money from me.

When Lyell Ave first opened the food was phenomenal. Now sadly to say I'm completely disgusted. Never again. Today's meal was discounted due to a 2 he wait for cold food last time, 1 hr 30 mins for cold food again less than one week later. I'm over it. No discount is worth such poor quality and service. We'll be taking our 40.+ Orders elsewhere.

I found their crust much to thick and was not made crispy, even though I had requested it to be. Location was clean, and friendly. I got the feeling they'll say they can do anything you ask for, and then do it their own way.

A great pizza place for breakfast pizza that I purchase for clients. Open very early to accommodate anyone to needs it in the way to work! Order a day ahead to ensure a early pizza. Breakfast pizza is awesome!

I ordered a calzone with ricotta, mozzarella, ground beef, and spinach. They charged me for all of that but gave me one missing mozzarella and with sausage rather than ground beef. Rather than offering to deliver the correct calzone they said I needed to bring back the other and (presumably) stand around waiting for them to make a new one. Correct customer service would be an apology and delivery of the properly made item. Neither was offered. I'm done with these people!
Had a business meeting with a couple people there. Server was not very attentive, to be fair, it could have been more that she was overextended and they really needed to get another server in there. I ordered boneless wings that were dry as can be and more chewy than a boneless wing should be. I do not know how they cook them, but some were smoking hot while others were stone cold. With so many other great choices in Rochester, I doubt I will be back, if I am it will definitely be to give the pizza a try.
