Never any complaints about this place till yesterday. Ordered a combo Large pizza with pepperoni and 24 wings well done with mild sauce plus an additional 12 wings plain. Got the pizza right but got 24 wings country sweet and 12 wings hot. Called right away and talked to manager. He realized the mistake and said they would send out the right wings since no one wanted the wrong ones. 35-40 minutes later they brought the wings. Still wrong. 24 wings in one box and 24 in the other both boxes with sauce. So the order of plain never happened which meant the family members who wanted plain went without. Plus they weren’t well done, kind of rubbery. I didn’t bother to call again. Really disappointed. I have all these wings now that won’t get eaten. I’ll give them another chance though. Normally they’re really good about orders. We’ll see what happens.
My first time there. Had NO idea what I was getting into. Asked for 2 slices and a coke, I got two BOXES that a small pizza would fit into and thought they made a mistake. The slices were just that big. And it was delicious, perfect! The place was clean, warm, and inviting. If you are Italian you would relate to it. I will be ordering again. Thanks for the great lunch!

Placed an order for 4 co-workers. When we picked up we thought there was one order missing. When we asked the girl at the counter was nasty and said they combined orders. Like it's no big deal. These were put in separately because they are for different people. Also shorted ranch dressing for one person. First time ordering here and it won't happen again.

I hadn’t had Perri’s in a while and this was a treat. The girl behind the counter was so kind. The crust of the pizza was a little crispy and she so kindly offered to redo the pizza if it wasn’t to my liking. I wasn’t concerned about the burnt edges but I still appreciated the offer. The pizza itself was delicious. I got a cheese pizza with mushrooms and spinach. It was fantastic.

Came in here for a quick slice of pizza during my lunch break.Food wise: Got one of the huge pepperoni slices and trust me, they live up to the name. I haven’t had a slice of pizza that large in NY, only ever at the shore in NJ; so it was nice to see that again. Overall, pretty tasty- good crust, sauce to cheese ratio, etc. Only complaint would be how greasy it was; which I get both cheese and pepperoni will produce that, however, it was way more than you typically see on a slice of that size.Service wise: Was promptly helped by the girl at the register- though quick, she seemed rather annoyed that people were there which was slightly off putting. I get everyone can have a bad day though, so it’s understandable.Atmosphere wise: I didn’t sit down and eat, but the inside of the restaurant looked pretty clean, organized, and full of people for lunch.Overall, a solid place to grab a slice or even a meal. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this to others.

Oops. This review was for Pixleys diner. So sorry to the pizzeria. Pixleys: The food was different than I'm used to. It was packed, so I figured this would be the place to dine. The murals are fun, the coffee good.

I grew up in a pizzaria family (Bob & John's LaHacienda on Hurdle Ave in Buffalo), and I've worked in a couple pizzarias myself. Perri's pizza is AMAZING. The recipes and ingredients are top shelf. The ONLY thing I don't like are the prices... it's a bit too rich for me to order more than a couple times per year... but man, when I do... I'm so happy.
Parking: The parling lot is usually only occupied by about 5-10 vehicles during daytime hours... sometimes the bar near by will get the lot up to about 75% capacity, but it's still easy to park.

They do not accept cash therefore I don't have a review for the food. Looked like a pizza shop with a cool menu on the wall. I'm disappointed I wasn't able to try the "original huge slice." How doesn't a store accept cash?
