Ac doesn’t even work in here, food takes literally forever to get to you, and the pizza sucks literally like so bad I can’t even like think bc it’s so bad like idk what to even say. This gave me such a fat headache I’m literally so done with this place literally so done.

I didn't know they had a new owner the pizza was definitely better than the last time I came in 3-4 years ago, Im glad someone is trying to revive the place, Pizza was 8/10 service was 10/10

If I could give this place a zero I would. Just spoke to whomever calls himself the owner his name is “Hider” after ordering a thick crust Three Stooges pizza online because I’m disabled and very sick so I asked for delivery. Long story short the pizza came with the dough completely uncooked about 3/4 of an inch worth. I was in a Pizza business for 15 years and I know that either the dough was cold or there was just way too much and they didn’t par cook it before putting the toppings on. I simply called to see if they could replace it or put a credit on there after which they put the owner on the phone and he said “Then you shouldn’t order thick crust”. Mike the founder would be ashamed of how that was handled. I’m not trying to pull one over on anybody, I just want a pizza that is actually cooked. The guy was rude, disrespectful and unwilling to literally do anything to replace this disgusting excuse for a pizza. He asked me to come to him like he didn’t believe me. Absolutely sad that this guy is an owner of a pizza shop, he knows nothing about Customer Service and making things right.
I actually signed up for an eyeliner account for the first time thinking that this could be a good place to go but I was way off. I know one of the managers who worked there before and she quit because of this same stuff. Guy was a complete joke both thumbs down without hesitation. DON’T EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!
**UPDATE: I went to the store to show him the pizza and the first thing he said was get out of my store, what a joke

The difference between a pizza I get on a Friday night compared to what I get on a Sunday afternoon is unacceptable. Sunday's pizza is obviously rushed, underdone yet somehow burnt on the bottom. Toppings piled in the middle of the pizza. And somehow managed to forget the pepperoni on half the pizza, even after the lady taking the order read it back to us twice. Called to voice our concerns.... well they listened and that's about it. I'm done with them.

The wings were delicious. Country Sweet is my favorite and, living out of town, a delightful treat when I return. The honey garlic was a perfect blend and really tasty, the garlic parmasan was more of a dry rub which I wasn't expecting but still good flavor.
Now, an interesting thing we noticed, is that Perri's uses buffalo style Bleu cheese so it is not chunky like regular Bleu cheese. It is Ken's brand which is wonderful, but a different style.
