this place is great. but - are they still in business? no one is answering the phone, and the restaurant is supposedly open, and emails to their email address get rejected.

Walking in to Phillip's European Pastries is the best experience for dessert lovers. I gain 5 pounds just looking at the huge case of incredible cakes and pies and pastries and........... You need to experience it at least once in your lifetime.

This was my first time visiting Phillips. My wife and I went here for our anniversary. We made a 5:15 reservation and were seated right away. The staff was very pleasant. Wife had salmon and I had scallops with angel hair pasta. Dinner was absolutely fantastic and the dessert was otherworldly. You really need to check it out.
