We recently visited Phillips for a little high-end treat, and it did not disappoint. While we only went for desserts and cappuccinos, the experience was absolutely wonderful and more than worthy of five stars.

Came here on a Friday for lunch with 2 others. I had a tuna ceviche special and strawberry cheesecake. My dining companions had angel hair pasta with shrimp and the 3 cheese quiche. We also had some clam chowder and minestrone. The sauce for the angel hair pasta lacked flavor. The tuna ceviche wasn't like other ceviche I have had. It wasn't as refreshing.
