Excellent pretzel place. Love the rivets. The regular pretzels are also good, but seem to "sweat" or get stale after a day or so. I imagine this is perhaps due to a lack of preservatives (which is a good thing!)

Love the pretzels. Operating hours are absolute bananas. Always a shot in the dark if they will be open (regardless of posted hours). Would happily give a 4 star review, but there is just no way to know if they will be open until you get there. Tuesday afternoon at 3:30, excited for some pretzels at the end of a long day, check the hours, arrive and it does not look like they were open at all the entire day. No note on the door.

This place is never open. It closes at 5pm just when your out of work, and wanting to pick up a sack of pretzel's to take home. I watched one day a lady lock the door while 3 people came up around 5:04 ish and would not let them in. Also closed on Monday's...How about opening an hour or two later ? And stay open until 7 ? . I've given up.

Was so excited to go here with my boyfriend who !LOVES! pretzels. It was his birthday and I told him that I had a special surprise for him because once again, he loves pretzels. Today, September 12th, 2021 is his 18th birthday and I really wanted to celebrate his adulthood by taking him to this place. I was about to get on my way to the pretzel factory when I looked up the directions and was so so disappointed and heart wrenchingly upset to see that, right there on the google maps app, in red ink I read the words out loud to my boyfriend "Closed Today". Don't ever go to this place it is so misleading making everyone think it would be open on a Sunday. Now my boyfriend hates pretzels.

Pretty decent pretzels! I've been lucky enough to trial their party platters four times now. Apparently everyone is feeling pretzels at their parties. The party platters seem to be a pretty big hit, from my observations, people have been decently excited when they see them and really enjoy trialing the different dip options. They have quite a variety of dip choices, regular mustard, spicey mustard, brown sugar, regular cheese, beer cheese and there may be more. Personal favorite is the beer cheese. The brown sugar was nifty if you like sweet. The only down side is that the pretzels don't keep well, so if the party tray isn't devoured at the party, u basically end up with a whole lot of pretzel in the trash. They're also susceptible to moisture and if they're left in the sun they can get dried out. Not the pretzels fault just something to keep in mind for your party, maybe pretzels are the way to go and maybe not.

Amazing hot tasty pretzels! Staff is friendly. They have lots of dipping sauces to choose from nacho, cheddar, cinnamon and so much more. Large pretzels to bites. Hot dog to pizza pretzels. Pretzels also make great gifts! Who doesn't love hot pretzels dipped in cheese!

When I noticed a pretzel place open up near my house, I was looking forward to trying it out! The pretzels were okay for the price.. nowhere near as good as Auntie Anne’s. And while I was there a customer walked in behind us without a mask on. The employees and the owner didn’t seem to mind at all! My friend and I did not feel very safe and we will probably not return.

Had these pretzels a while back while flying through Philly and have been wanting them ever since! Drove from Syracuse to Rochester to pick some up because I heard there was one out there! Used the app to place my order in advance and scheduled it for 2:30, I pulled in at 2:15 right as it was getting boxed up! Definitely a very easy process and I will make the easy drive again! A+++ customer service!!!

Stopped in for the first time this week - super friendly staff, made great recommendations for this first timer :) We sampled the 5 pack with a nacho cheese - this has more kick that the plain cheese dip , also tried the cinnamon sugar with buttercream dip Very different than auntie Anne's but delicious in their own right! Not greasy, in the firmer side. Lots of dip options as well as other filled pretzel choices Price can't be beat - we got everything in the first photo for $10.80 !

I heard about this company from the show under cover boss. Drove from Buffalo to Rochester just to try them. Couldn't be more disappointed. The pretzels taste awful, like they were frozen. And they had just come out! Just a let down. Nothing to do with the people who work there, just not what I expected. Cheep

Been coming here since they first opened up my daughter loves them except this time around.we had pretzel dogs,pepperoni pretzel ,hamburger pretzels all were sitting under the heat lamp too long i would of brought them back but i live in greece.
