I don’t have any issue with my local store but when you can to place a order you are actually calling a call center and I’ve asked them to transfer me my local store because my order was not correct and the kept transferring to someone else at the call Center and then hung up on me. I called back and they continued to hang up on me and I called 3 or 4 times back to back and each time the call center hung up on me. Food service should not have a call Center in my opinion. We as customers should be able to speak to the people making our food directly.

Good pizza at a decent price. I have ordered delivery from this location multiple times. The food is always on time, and fresh. The delivery people are always friendly, and professional.
Well I had to redo this review as this is my second time stopping here because of my job that sends me out this way. The guy who was taking orders and running the front between 1:00 and 2:30 p.m. today on January 20th was rude and obnoxious. Not only did he burn my breadsticks I asked him if there was any deals and he said there wasn't any and told me to order online as if he didn't want to take my order I tried to order online but the website was giving me issues plus I ordered a Pepperoni Lover's Pizza and there was barely any pepperoni on it I spent close to $40 on one pizza and burnt breadsticks I also asked for plates and I didn't get any Pizza Hut is usually my favorite place to go but I don't think I'll be coming back to this one the first visit was 50/50 now the second visit is totally a turn off I am sorry to the owner I'm sure you didn't ask for this but I just hate running into these people that don't want to do their job right and push you off

I cant even eat this pizza. The crust is so stale and rock hard that I cant even cut it with the knife all the way through! What happened to the light, crispy, and buttery pan crust from years ago? Horrible, just horrible pizza! I'm done trying to get a good pizza from Pizza Hut. It's a shame because it used to be the best pizza when Pepsico was in charge.

Bought a stuffed crust pizza it was way to thin and barley any cheese in the crust was told someone would call back never happened sent. Emails was told would hear from the owner still haven't that was a week ago. Sent pictures and everything this place sucks and so does there customer service

Pizza Hut routinely sends me great promotional Emails, but nowhere, not even in the fine print, do they breathe a word that none of their few remaining locations in the area honor any of their promotions.

Lucky for you, I didn't get a "how did we do" survey. I use to love Pizza Hut .. but rude employees and quality of food is a reason I may not return. The contain of wings had a big hole in the bottom - by the time I got home, the sauce was all over the pizza box, none left in the container - could not have missed the sauce on the pizza box - person handing my items to me quickly left the area -- and there was also hair and not just one but two hairs in my pizza wings - worst experience ever.ORDER #3230807181027001332039681Placed on August 7 at 7:10 PM

By far, the worst pizza we have EVER had. The size is simply due to a longer stretch. It is cracker thin. Double Pepperoni DOES NOT mean twice as much.It means 2 different kinds. I feel that we were deceived by the commercial, as usual.
