I ordered 2 cheese pizza, I got 2 pizza with pork and other toppings I didn’t request. Also, 8 wings were not delivered, I end up throwing the pizza in trash where it belongs. I will never order from here again.

I placed an order on doordash and when my first driver arrived he was told my order was “picked up an hour ago”..30 minutes after I had ordered it. I then had to wait another 30 minutes for my order to actually be made and when I got it I did not receive the breadsticks that come with the pasta. When I called the store to resolve the issue the kid who answered the phone offered for my breadsticks to be sent out to me. After speaking to the manager they said there was nothing they could do about it and "doordash drivers are on some sneaky stuff". When I told him my delivery was sealed and not tampered with I was told there was nothing they could do, even though they are the ones who messed up the order.

I been coming here for years. But tonight has been the last night . Breadsticks never got made and cheese bread was more like burned bread and the pizza couldn’t have a better appearance. It is what it is but not a dime more from me. I wish y'all the best

Ordered online, payed for dipping sauce... When I arrived to pick up, the order was ready to go. When I get home & opened the box they didn't put the dipping sauce.

Totally unsatisfied :( The food was rushed, made incorrectly, and disgusting. I usually don’t leave reviews but this hurt me to my core. We work hard for our money and this experience was a waste.

The guy at the counter wouldn't even take his earbuds off to try to get about 9 of us in the store set , none of anyone's order was even started it was chaotic and the food was absolutely not even edible except the breadsticks
Customer service suckssssssssss! Just left their. I ordered on door dash and had my husband go in to pick up the order. He comes out saying I ended up paying for it. I said why I already did. The order he had was not my order. We go inside and I communicate to the associate that I already paid on doordash and this what my husband has is not the order. My husband says I told him your name and the associate says no he didn't. My husband asks then what name did I tell you. The associate gets mad and walks off saying I'm not about to argue with you! Still didn't get a refund for the food my husband paid or any respect what's so ever. The manager comes and fixes it but it's just ashamed that you have a associate that gives attitude and walks away not rectifying anything. Def will not be returning. Poor customer service and lack of respect.

Ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta and it’s aweful,taste like cheap frozen tv dinner ,the bread sticks are too salty ,won’t order those two items
