Ordered via pizza hut app and they assigned a door dash deliverer to it, but they charged me the $6 delivery fee. If I wanted door dash I would have used their app and avoided delivery fee. Instead you were scummy and pulled this move. Pizza Hut is the WORST!

Pizza was very stale and bread sticks taste like cardboard. Pizza was not fresh definitely was old I'm sad because I always loved pizza hut . Now I don't.

I have been on hold for hours the app would not let me place my order even though they are supposedly open till 11 pm… what happened to the days when I could just call a place talk to somebody and get food delivered 45 minutes later.

I ordered 2 cheese pizza, I got 2 pizza with pork and other toppings I didn’t request. Also, 8 wings were not delivered, I end up throwing the pizza in trash where it belongs. I will never order from here again.
I placed an order on doordash and when my first driver arrived he was told my order was “picked up an hour ago”..30 minutes after I had ordered it. I then had to wait another 30 minutes for my order to actually be made and when I got it I did not receive the breadsticks that come with the pasta. When I called the store to resolve the issue the kid who answered the phone offered for my breadsticks to be sent out to me. After speaking to the manager they said there was nothing they could do about it and "doordash drivers are on some sneaky stuff". When I told him my delivery was sealed and not tampered with I was told there was nothing they could do, even though they are the ones who messed up the order.

I been coming here for years. But tonight has been the last night . Breadsticks never got made and cheese bread was more like burned bread and the pizza couldn’t have a better appearance. It is what it is but not a dime more from me. I wish y'all the best
