I was told 60 minutes for delivery when I ordered, it had been 90 minutes when I called and delivery was 10 mins after that. Needless to say, my food was warm but not hot and I only live 1.5 miles from the store. The pizza was lackluster at best, the wings were decent, just not hot.

I had fell in love with this place!! Was so excited when they opened up another one on Genesee st! I said I will always support them! Unfortunately this location has the absolute worst customer service, very rude and snotty on the phone when ordering. Not just once, but both times we got her when we called to order! The food is great, but there’s no faster way to lose customers than having RUDE employees that act like they hate their job! Will never order again!

Average. Pizza cook is light (which I could always ask for more) Done on a screen which is a crime if there’s a real deck oven in there. Crust is made of a pretty lackluster dough with not much of a shell. Literally a 3/5. Not bad, just not worth more. Price was decent. Food delivered hot. Had no major issues.

Honestly, I've probably passed over this place a dozen times over the years. Price always seemed just a little bit more than I wanted to pay. Finally tried them today... the additional price is worth it. The pizza was fantastic. They might skimp a little on toppings, but they do NOT skimp on mozzarella, which really made for a great pizza. The breaded hot buffalo wings were also very impressive. I may have a new favorite pizza place.

Excellent pizza. Been here a few times for pick up. Pizza and wings are delicious. Very consistent also. HUGE FAN! I highly recommend them. Definitely give them a try if you haven't.

Was thinking of Apple Bees but decided to support this family owned location. Got wings and Waffle fries, food was awesome, better than you typical chains, fresh and everyone was friendly.

Great customer service! Sweethearts working at the register. I’m shocked by some recent comments, I think some customers are just miserable and impossible to please. The food is hot and fresh. Breaded wings and steak subs are my fav! Pizza is delicious too, We order at least once a week.

First of all I'd like to say that my sub was pretty good I would say a little above average. And that's why they got a two-star from me. On the other note... Customer service is horrible and that's an understatement. First of all if you're you are interacting with customers on the phone employed by a company you should know the menu and be able to answer questions for customers and if you don't know the answer you should go ask somebody that does. And if a company is going to hire somebody that doesn't know this stuff then they need to have it written correctly on the menu so when somebody orders food they know what to expect. When a customer asks if a meal is prepared a certain way and told that it is it should be prepared that way. And the restaurant should be held responsible for making it correct. It's easy to see why a lot of companies fail these days because of incompetent management not working with customers or caring about the people that pay their bills! Very very sad would have loved to give this company another chance with having great sub rolls and was looking forward to trying their Pizza
