Didn’t realize you guys switched to mushrooms from a can instead. Also half the pizza didn’t have any cheese on it but it was cooked well. The side that had all the cheese was undercooked probably because all of the cheese ended up on that side

Driver passed over the pizza vertically, meaning the pizza completely fell to one side of the box and half of the slices were folded in on themselves. We had to chase him down to get our 2 liter that he forgot to bring in to us, which was the wrong soda anyway, and when we tried to call the store to report the issue, they completely brushed us off and didn’t even bother offering an apology. The absolute lack of effort or respect was unbelievable from a local business, and we won’t be ordering from Pontillo’s again.

I ordered a Pizza and Wings and was informed it wouldn't be ready for pick-up for 50 minutes which was fine. I arrived then and was told my order wouldn't be ready for another 15 minutes.. I was fine with this and waited 15 minutes. During this time numerous other patrons entered and were told the same thing including a UBER eats driver who just walked out. Also during this time one of the employees that was answering phones sneezed multiple times never covering their face nor did the manager ask them to. it was disgusting. When the 15 minute wait ended, I asked the manager if my order was ready. I was informed that they hadn't yet started preparing it. I then asked to cancel my order as I was disappointed and disgusted. My order was never cancelled and because I used PayPal to order online and you can't remove the authorization, I was charged a few hours later. I then had to spend time the next day creating a claim and contacted the 3rd party vendor for a refund which I have not yet received.

Pontillos has been my favorite Pizza and Wings shop for decades but since this, I'll never order again.

I ordered a pizza at 5:12 PM, in the app said it would be ready at 5:54 PM, which was already a longer wait than usual. I got there at 6 PM, and my pizza wasn't ready until 6:20 PM. When I got home, the pizza was poorly made and not cut properly, so disappointed and the employees seem like they don't even care about the customer. Lady making the pizza keeps cursing while working and did not used gloves or wash her hands. I'm definitely not coming back .

Another place that has gone downhill.. this pizza use to be so good! Mushy tasteless pizza

I placed an order for 5:45pm. It wasn’t ready until 6:04pm and when it was “ready” I was missing my 20 piece order of wings, so even after a ridiculous wait my order was very wrong. Nothing was done for me in regards to waiting so long. They just gave me my money back for the wings since they weren’t made. So then I had hungry kids since we didn’t get wings….
The pizza was just okay. The service is not worth the food.

Perfect for parties!
I ordered for my party, and they made everything perfect. The thin crust was crispy, the ingredients fresh, and the pick-up was right on time. Everyone loved the pizza!

We ordered a pizza and the text message said it would be ready by 8:09- 8:16. I did not walk out until 8:50. The oven was not hit enough and they had sheet pizzas come in before me so my pie would not fit in the only working oven . It seemed like a bad night but then I got the pie home and the large pizza was barely a medium. I hope things have turned around since Saturday.

I’ve been ordering my pizza from here for a few months now replacing a place that kind of changed there style of making pizza and now I’m a forever customer yummy yum yum 😋 Thank you Pontillos 👊🏼💪🏼🤤🤗

I usually love the pizzas
But today it was atrocious
Order a thin crust….received a normal or thick crust …. The toppings are usually generous , this time there was barely any cheese on it , the wings did not have any sauce on them and I requested crispy and there were favorless
Ordered on line and actually was early for the emailed time and the pizza and wings were cold
Very disappointed and will try their next door competitor for my next order, even dominos is better and tastier

Good Pizza but usually when I call to order, nobody picks up the phone

I love theor wings... the only place that makes the wings well done......... BUT last night was the second time in one year that I've ordered wings and I can see that someone ate one wing and left the bone in the box, I can even see the meat that may have fallen out of their mouth while eating it. The first time it happened it looked like they ate one wing and spit it back out. I just chalked It up to a crazy driver the first time but now I'm not going to be able to come back. At least my dog will be able to enjoy the 20 piece wings for the next few days because I'm certainly not eating it. EDIT: while I appreciate your reply... what can you do to make this right for the money I've wasted on the 20 wings?
