Had a couple friends over to play some MTG. Got hungry late called pontillis empire and never let me down. Best pontillis pizza in Rochester and best pizza period. Driver was friendly and had a actual pizza bag.Always

Great Pizza and Wings. The 1 dollar Wednesday Wing deal is awesome. Pizza is the best in Rochester and the slices are HUGE. Business has been cleaned up and nice new staff. A plus food.

This was the worst take out experience I've ever had, no exaggeration. The food was way overpriced, but I started getting really worried after 90 minutes of waiting (after being given an estimate of 50-70 minutes) that there might have been an issue with the order. I called the location since the app was showing an ETA that was already 15 mins outdated, and if there was a delay it clearly wasn't being reflected by the app. All I got was a vague "it's on the way" when I called, but I got a feeling the employee was just looking at the same app I was. After 2 hours I called again and this time the same girl I talked to the first time got an attitude and said "oh yeah, you guys are the ones putting complaints in on Slice." 1) I never complained to the app, only called them one time prior 2) I should have complained because it took over 2 hours to deliver a pizza. Then she told us the driver left it outside.. on the ground... In the rain. Without calling or knocking on the door. I've never had a delivery driver not try to knock. Of course the packaging was completely soaked through with rain, and so was the food. The quality of the food would've been terrible anyway. The pepperoni pizza was missing the pepperoni and onions, so 1/2 the ingredients (that costed extra). It had zero flavor aside from the fact it was soggy and drowned in grease. Wouldn't bother trying to get a refund with how dismissive the customer service employee was. Just bottom line, don't go here.

if I could give it zero stars I would. how can pizza be undercooked yet overcooked? bc that's how it was. sauce had no flavor, dough tasted nasty yet greasy, the very bottom was overcooked yet the rest of it was soggy and doughy. the wings tasted like they had frost burn, were overcooked and dry. they put the sauce on the side and didn't even give enough sauce. when called to make a complaint the OWER was beyond nasty and feels it's absolutely ok to argue and raise his voice. I'd avoid this nasty place and food at all costs.

The atmosphere in the store is heavy only because of the attitude of the owner. The way he projects himself to the employees is disgusting and his comments about the clients he serves on the phone are worse.

We live up the road and order pizza and wings often. Their pizza is solid, always consist, hot, cooked perfectly. LOVE their wings, get them crispy and they are hot, crispy, and juicy. We like lighter sauce so they do not overdue it on the sauce. They’re calzones are huge! One is enough for two people. This Pontillos never disappoints!!
