Love the pizza, had been coming here for years until I received a phone from the disgruntled pizza boy “Kolton Faber.” I used a reward and a coupon with my online order and Dick, I mean Kolton, felt it the need to call me and cancel my order for “taking advantage of coupons.” Kolton approached the conversation as if it stole his lunch money and gave him a swirly. I was just trying to save a few bucks! Aren’t we all?!? I told him that he doesn’t have to be vindictive prick about it- I understand that he has a passion for pizza! I think I hurt the nerd’s ego because he hung up on me. Needless to say there’s no need to speak to people the way he did- in customer service and in life in general. I can’t help but feel bad for the guy because clearly “telling me off” makes him feel good about himself. Not cool bro.

Kolton is the guy you want serving up your pizza. He's got a precise hand and kills it on the cheese-to-sauce ratio every time.

We ordered a sheet pizza and it was excellent. When we come up to Rochester to visit family, this is one of our favorite pizza places.

I went to Pontillo’s today for the first time after seeing the ads on Facebook. The pizza looked delicious on FB, the real thing did not disappoint. It was delicious. I will definitely be back, and I’ll try the thin crust.

Been coming here 20 plus years and nothing has changed. Best pizza and wings around.

No lie, those were in the top 3 worst wings I've ever had the misfortune of tasting, and I have had a lot of awful wings! I ordered different flavored wings and I expected some excess sauce in the containers with hot or barbecue buffalo wings, but the containers were BONE DRY!The wings themselves were completely inedible texturally and so "under sauced" that the only way to describe it is they tasted like they had been very lightly tossed in sauce... then rinsed off in the sink to remove all traces of said sauce, then microwaved for 15 seconds. Completely baffling.Finally, the ranch tasted expired and left me dry heaving. Big waste of money, had to buy dinner twice.

Everything was great, too good. I ordered pepperoni mushrooms and onions with extra sauce. So used to other places not putting enough sauce in it. Pontillo's did put in enough sauce and my adding more sauce made it too saucy. So I will have to remember that the next time I'm out that way. I highly recommend their pizza. They don't skimp on the ingredients

Best pizza place in Rochester in my opinion. Nearest thing Ive been able to find in this town to a classic NYC style pizza. It's truly a cut above everyone else. Their pizza by-the-slices are huge and very reasonably
