I placed an order for buffalo chicken pizza. When I got home with my pizza, it was sweet chicken pizza. I called back just to politely let them know I ordered buffalo chicken pizza but got sweet chicken, just so they were aware they likely made a switch up. I was not angry or complaining. I did not ask for a refund, I did not expect to get another pizza, I simply wanted to politely let them know. The first person I talked to was very short with me then said she would go check. The second person barely even let me speak before telling me I was wrong and rudely and very angrily said he’ll make it again and it’s going to taste the same. The pizza did not have blue cheese on it (see attached photo). It was a sweet chicken pizza. I’ve had both kinds of pizza from there dozens of times. It was not buffalo chicken. The way they spoke to me was so extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never ever order pizza from this establishment again.

I have been going to this location for many years, generally the pizzas have been very good... I have noticed lately there has been a big drop off in the quality of the pizza🍕... I'm not sure if they have untrained people making them but lately the pizzas are very hit and miss but mostly miss 😐 I have had pizzas that have been undercooked or over cheesed or tasting like raw sauce was put on them 🤷

What GREAT pizza and wings we had tonight! Awesome, awesome awesome! The gentlemen working tonight, (perhaps the owner) is the nicest guy. People always complain when something is wrong but very seldom praise when something is right so I just wanted to give Pontillo's on Hudson a shout out! GREAT JOB! Delish!

I stop here on lunch for their slice deal at least once a week. I've also ordered pizza, hot subs, and wings. Always made correctly, on time and hot. They really like their customers very friendly and make sure your food is right.

Love the pizza, had been coming here for years until I received a phone from the disgruntled pizza boy “Kolton Faber.” I used a reward and a coupon with my online order and Dick, I mean Kolton, felt it the need to call me and cancel my order for “taking advantage of coupons.” Kolton approached the conversation as if it stole his lunch money and gave him a swirly. I was just trying to save a few bucks! Aren’t we all?!? I told him that he doesn’t have to be vindictive prick about it- I understand that he has a passion for pizza! I think I hurt the nerd’s ego because he hung up on me. Needless to say there’s no need to speak to people the way he did- in customer service and in life in general. I can’t help but feel bad for the guy because clearly “telling me off” makes him feel good about himself. Not cool bro.

Kolton is the guy you want serving up your pizza. He's got a precise hand and kills it on the cheese-to-sauce ratio every time.

We ordered a sheet pizza and it was excellent. When we come up to Rochester to visit family, this is one of our favorite pizza places.
