The customer service there is the worst I got screamed at from the cook to step away from the door cause I was setting off the alarm which you cant hear from the front I waited a hr for my pizza I was quiet the whole time I was there as I was leaving the young girl from the front got snotty with me never again I will be going elsewhere

Train your customer service personnel, female is very rude!

Pizza was good...wish fresh mushrooms were used instead of canned.

Walk in the door at 7:30 and the short girl asked us “Are you here for pickup?” and we say “no” and she immediately rolls her eyes. Then we order and she looks pissed off that she had to work at the job that she applied for. Came over and asked us if the pizza appeared to our liking and asked “How do you want it cut?” with another attitude. Find a new job or call off if you had a bad day. Like what’s the difference if we had ordered over the phone as opposed to in person.. Shoutout to the cook though the pizza was fire.

We just picked up probably the worst medium 18 dollar pizza we've ever eaten
Little Caesars would have been better.
Pizza was under cooked, flat as a pancake and over sauced.
Service - is this 1970 like the building? Could not even run a credit card?!

Pizza was fine but it was cut by Ray Charles. I called up the shop to ask what happened, really just trying to joke around. They put the guy on the phone who cut it and he argued with me saying he cut it right. Said, no, you didn't, and he argued, pizza glaring me in the eyes, that he cut it properly. Bozo

Excellent pizza! Easy to see why they have won numerous 'Best pizza of Rochester' awards! I had a Pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was great! Crust perfectly cooked, nice and crispy! Highly recommend!

Worst pizza I've had in Rochester. Tasted very bad and service took a long time despite being the only customer. Take my advice and go to the Pontillo's on Hudson. It is far, far superior in every way
