Wish I could them and every Popeyes a 0 rating...
First off service is terrible no matter which one you go too... no greeting customers when they walk in and the employees be having a bunch of inappropriate convos cursing and all. The food is terrible and they never have nothing... I ended up walking out afrer standing for a few minutes without a hi or a ill be right with you. Get it together popeyes or start hiring people that really care cause people are spending their hard earn money with yall

I haven’t been to this store location in a while due to some issues in the past. I gave it a shot today and was once again extremely disappointed. I asked for two sides of blackened ranch and had to go inside to get them upon parking and realizing they weren’t in the bag. They said they had none and gave me regular ranch. I go back in the car to eat and my chicken sandwich is smaller than usual and there were no pickles on it, which makes the sandwich in my opinion. With how expensive fast food is these days, that isn’t acceptable in any way shape or form.

First time eating at this location. I ordered a couple classic chicken sandwiches. I asked for no pickles on mine and of course there were pickles on it. The chicken itself was very good nice n crispy. Over all experience I give 4 stars. It would of been 5 stars but you put pickles on a sandwich and I didn't want pickles. I can live with that though. I'll definitely be back. Just next time listen a little better " NO PICKLES" Lol.

I bought a $20 festive box last night. Which include a 4 piece, 4 sides and 4 biscuits and a order of chicken fingers. My chicken fingers were not done I waited 5 minutes for them. I asked for a complimentary drink while I was waiting. That was a no I only receive 3 sides and my biscuits didn't have butter on top another one of Rochester restaurants that I will no longer support.

When you order through the app it supposed to save time right? Wrong. They still make you wait for it in a parking spot. Then they forget your out there so you gotta go in anyway to tell them your order. Then they act all surprised that you had an order and you gotta wait longer cuz now they gotta make the order that you ordered through the app 45 mins ago. Ok its my fault for being lazy ordering through the app. So now i go to the drive thru so i can work with a human. Nope still gotta pull up and wait. And wait. And wait. Then when you finally get your order. Its wrong or missing items. Also when they put a guy at the window they are not detail oriented. They just hand you food without making sure its your order The females tend to at least check the order before handing it to you. Avoid this location if you can. You can try going in. Its a little better because at least you are not out of sight out of mind. But still the wait is ridiculous. Even when there isn’t a line.

Just wanted through the drive had a coupon for the two can Dine with 2 side told them l wanted mash potatoes and fries and jelly and honey l should had look before l drove off but l really trusted everything was there but get home no fries l paid for it but did not get what l wanted but please tell me why put phone numbers on the Receipt to call if no one ain't going to pick up the phone not happy Popeye's with you guys do better
