Fantastic sub. I mean really really great. The best bread ever and it's a huge sandwich! It's has high quality meat and toppings. It's pricey but Soo worth it! I wish there were more locations!

The area is lucky to have Primo as an option. It goes back to the bread. You have bad bread than you have a bad sandwich. Best hoagie in western NY and it’s not close. Friendly service and clean establishment.

We went on 8/14/25. I tried the Abruzzi. Roasted pork, sharp provolone, broccoli rabe. But I had them throw on the roasted red peppers, which normally come on the Nellie. This is usually served as a cold sub but I asked them if they would toast the entire thing. I couldn't wait to get home. When I unwrapped that bad boy, the 1st thing I noticed when I bit into it, was the warm, toasty crunch of that bread. Then I got the porky goodness of the meat. Followed by the ever so slightly garlicky flavor of the broccoli rabe. And then the sweetness of those roasted peppers. I read some negative reviews right before we came here. Almost didn't come here because of them. All I can say guys, is I am so glad we decided to try Primo Hoagies for ourselves. Oh yeah, my partner got the Italian Diablo. He loved it, as well. I couldn't decide when I first walked in. I figured I'd get something different next time I come. But I am pretty much in love with that Abruzzi!! 💟

Superb hoagies with lots of meat and veggies on a surprisingly tasty sesame seed roll. Excellent balance of flavors. Good service, but a little slow. Could use more sitting space.

I was looking forward to trying a different sub shop, only to be disappointed. I got the Big 'T", my lettuce was wilted, my tomatoes were over ripe and there was only couple slices of meat. For the price I definitely would have expect better,

As you can see, I paid extra for turkey, and wouldn't you guess it... Not a single piece on my "WHOLE" sub!

Ordered a sharp Italian sub and it came with a little meat a little cheese but NO vegetables even though the menu says it does. I contacted the store owner and he said “ you gotta ask for it”. Truly Nickle dime .. really the cheapest sub I have ever had. A shame

I wouldn't eat at this place if it was the last restaurant in Rochester. Also they put junk fliers on my windshield.

I stopped in to Primo Hoagies on Mt Hope this afternoon and was completely blown away by how delicious my Philly Cheesesteak was. Grilled onions and Cooper cheese, this is the way. I chatted with Pete and Team who were extremely friendly and helpful, and found out their bread is flown in par-baked by Liscio's Italian Bakery in Philadelphia, and baked off fresh every morning onsite at Primo. This bread is legit. I can't wait to stop in and try a different Hoagie. Those who are complaining about price should try Subway, Primo is on another level and you get what you pay for. Keep up the great work, and I'll see ya soon!
