I stopped in to Primo Hoagies on Mt Hope this afternoon and was completely blown away by how delicious my Philly Cheesesteak was. Grilled onions and Cooper cheese, this is the way. I chatted with Pete and Team who were extremely friendly and helpful, and found out their bread is flown in par-baked by Liscio's Italian Bakery in Philadelphia, and baked off fresh every morning onsite at Primo. I recently tried out the new sub shop, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! The sandwiches were incredibly fresh with generous portions of meat and toppings. I particularly loved their homemade bread. The general manager Britton was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a new favorite lunch spot for me!
