So I like the food here and order pickup when I’m going to be out. My main complaint is the lack of friendliness when I pick up my order. They hardly look at me and when I get their attention they casually hand me my order without even speaking to me. They don’t seem to like people nor do they seem to care that I order from them. Maybe I’ll need to find another place.

We love this place but they must have terrible ventilation. Everytime we leave we smell so badly of food and grease, a smell so strong it sticks to you. Food is good and play area is nice but the smell is enough to deter us from wanting to come back

The menu is great but the rotating specials are where its at. Go check out the board up front. And let the kids play in the play area while you watch and relax. Plus the mini markets they set up from time to time are really cool.

I feel like the quality has gone down a bit. Service is subpar - been here twice, ironically, in the past week and neither time was better than the other. First time, my food sat for over 20 mins, she buzzed the wrong number, and just handed it to me off the back counter. No longer hot. Bread was soggy. No apology just handed me cruddy food. Today, I asked for something other than chips and was met with a stare and the. A very bleak, “that’s all we have”. When I asked for water, she pointed and said “self-service is there”. The tiniest of plastic cups where I had to refill 4 times. Same with coffee. Why ask for tips when they do little to no work? We even clear our own plates. Atmosphere is always wonderful and lively! Kids having fun!

The latte flight was really good, but it does take a while to make, so I wouldn’t recommend it if they’re busy (don’t be a dick, yknow?). This seems like a good place to bring kids, based on the play area and storybook themes. It is expensive though.
So we only tried the coffee, and it was tasty! We picked 2 speciality drinks, and it was perfect balance of flavors all blending together! I noticed they had a coffee flight available, would've tried it, but we already ordered our drinks, super nice decor!

I always enjoy a visit here. Great lattes, love that they offer fun and tasty monthly drinks and food. Perfect place to grab coffee or lunch with a friend(s), especially with my friends who have children. The children have a great time playing and the atmosphere is a good mixture of relaxed cafe and area for kids to enjoy themselves. Really glad that the Westside has a space like this!

The food and service were both impressive, dishes arrived promptly and were full of flavor. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. The location is convenient, with easy access from 490, and the space itself is bright, modern, and family-friendly.
However, I gave a lower rating for atmosphere due to the consistently high noise levels. Regardless of how busy it is, the acoustics of the building make it quite loud, which isn’t ideal if you're hoping to focus on work or study during your visit.
