Really enjoyed the food here! Fresh and yummy ingredients, extremely kind staff. We had a small child with us and they were very accommodating and friendly. Great place for a lunch break, or a quick rest!

Odd location, with set menu options rather than the build-your-meal that I am used to at other locations (when not visiting Rochester). Staff was dealing with a lot of take-out orders, so we ate in an otherwise empty restaurant. Food was modified as we requested, and staff was hardworking but friendly.

First of all it's always empty no matter when you go there, that makes me wonder. Customer service sucks. Everyone has an attitude like they don't want to be there. At least be pleasant when taking my order. Nothing any worse than going to get food and being met with a miserable person. After all if it weren't for the customers you wouldn't even be there. It starts at the top, MANAGEMENT. If they allow the attitudes nothing will ever change. Half the time they don't get my order right. Time to find another place like Halal which is right down the street. At least you get great food and no attitudes. Rachael's could be good, but they have some work to do to get there.

My first time, surprisingly good, way more filling than I thought. The cook on duty seemed inexperienced but nice guy who was doing his best he will probably be just fine as the food was good. I want to go back and try the Greek salad.

Delicious!!! How did I exec ride past the one in Henrietta all this time without knowing what I was missing. I always get the chicken rice bowl and it always tastes amazing. There is never a long wait, the staff is extra nice and informative if you have questions. Would recommend.

Bad attitudes, no desire to answer questions or respond to reasonable requests. When we pointed out problems with our food the counter person shrugged and shook his head, and the people behind him laughed. No one else was in the place, which wasn't a surprise. They had loud pop music playing which made it impossible to hear or be heard when ordering or talking at the table. Order was wrong, no effort made to fix it. We ended up throwing it away, and won't be back. There are plenty of better places that serve authentic Mediterranean food in the area. No need for this.
