One night February 25 to be exact I decided to order takeout for me and my wife before the restaurant closed we picked up our food went home to eat and realize our food wasn’t in the bag and half of our crab legs was missing we called right away only to get the run around we called the following day and they took her name my wife told they would have a manager contact her and compensate her for our missing food that never happened almost 2 weeks later and I called because they never took care of the matter I paid for food that I didn’t receive at this point that there is robbery you have my money and we have not received what we paid for the customer service is horrible and they ain’t nothing but a bunch of liars that will steal from you

What a wonderful experience we had here. It was my birthday, with our whole family in tow we came in unannounced on a weekend was seated almost immediately, server was polite, knowledgeable, and prompt! We had a table of six with two small children. The bathrooms were clean! The store was clean! We even had a manager come by our table To ensure we had a good experience. Thank you, Bobbi Jo! As a former GM of restaurants, I know that strong leadership comes from within. Great job with training your team!

We visited with our family of 4. Bobbie Jo was our server and was so personable. She was patient with everyone while they made their selections. She was great with our kids as well. The food is always great! Bobbie Jo shared some of her favorites with us.

Kid-friendliness: Our server provided kids menus and crayons to keep the kids occupied while they waited and there is a children’s menu!

I stopped in for dinner last night and had a fabulous experience. The food was on point and the servers were incredibly attentive. The manager Rachel M went out of her way to ensure we had the best dining experience. We will be back!

From the moment I was greeted at the door, to the service my server provided, to the food, I had a wonderful experience! So glad they kept this location here in Greece open. I will be back Friday for the $16 fish and chips!!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful dining experience!

It is so sad that workers have to work in such poor conditions. I just left the establishment rather disappointed. I sat the bar and the young man that waited on me was phenomenal. He was extremely personable and went out of his way to provide great service. I ordered the lobster dip and a lobster roll. The lobster dip came out in about 15 minutes, while the lobster roll came out 50 minutes later.
I paid for the food I never touched and tipped the server over 30%. After thinking about the level of service received, I decided that I wanted a refund for the lobster roll (I knew that the lobster sandwich would not be good the next day). The food was untouched yet they shared that they were unable to provide a refund because the General Manager was the only one with that authority. They further shared that a refund could not be provided for 10 days and that the General Manager would contact me. I paid with a credit card and those machines have the refund function as an option.
It is very concerning that a business that size is so poorly managed. To see the bartender managing the bar and waiting on tables in the dining room, the kitchen staff running terribly behind is a clear indicator that the owner and upper management are truly struggling with leadership.

I spent $100 on grub hub ordering food from this place I ordered a admiral feast with 2 sides and didn’t t receive the sides , I ordered 2 strawberry cheesecake bliss and didn’t receive them , my chicken Alfredo didn’t have extra sauce and my husbands admiral feast had food in it that wasn’t suppose to be in the platter ! I called for manager and was told she would have to call me back ! Absolutely waste of time and money ! $100 to waste ! Never again !

Listen. I just went to the Red lobster in Greece. I had stopped going to that Red lobster 3-4 years ago because the food was terrible. Me and my mother went today. The food was delicious. The workers were bringing that food out with the quickness. My waitress. Kathy was the best. We will be back. Thank you, Kathy and Red lobster

We went with 9 people for a birthday celebration. Staff was amazing. Everyone loved their meal, came out hot, food was fabulous. We had two wonderful servers, Tiffany and Rachel. Both were so friendly and welcoming to any and all questions. Highly recommend this location.

Dietary restrictions: One member of our party is gluten free. Servers and Chef made sure this meal was kept separate to avoid cross-contamination. GF meal (Surf & Turf) was fabulous.

There was a wait in an empty restaurant, waitstaff was inattentive. I had ordered garlic butter crab. When the food finally arrived the crab was completely covered in garlic, like, inedible and borderline toxic, with absolutely no butter (see image below...). Then I had to wait even longer to get it replaced with just "steamed" crab, some of which had a terribly fishy smell and was inconsumable. It was criminal what they did to those crabs.

Shanetta was our server and made my aunts birthday very special. She cracked all of the crab legs for my disabled aunt so we could all enjoy our meal. What extraordinary service! Would highly recommend.
