Waiter was horrible! It was Christmas eve so probably a staffing problem. They were not prepared for our reservation and we had to wait until they figured things out. Waited a very long time for our food. Waited a longer time to get our check so we could leave. Finally went to the bartender to ask for help as our waiter was mia for over an hour. No one up front. No manager to be found. Worst dining experience in over 20 years!

The food was sooo good, I recommend coming here! Me and my friend cleared our plates, the cheddar biscuits and the Alfredo... Come on! Olive Garden gotta watch out 😁. They even gave me a free piece of cake for my birthday! Go get some Red Lobster, what are you waiting for?

The stuffed mushroom appetizer was terrible. 2nd time, I've tried. They definitely changed the recipe. The waitress I felt was rushed. The broccoli was overcooked. I asked for no seasonings, butter, etc. on mine, and it should've been steamed better. The steak was decent. Shrimp Scampi was ok. Baked potatoes are supposed to be hot and fluffy. Not!
I came in tonight and my server was Rachel she was very friendly and attentive! It was my first time at red lobster and she made it a great experience!
The manager Hiba was very friendly and made sure everyone was well taken care of. The server Kathy did a wonderful job of getting our orders correct and making sure we had everything we needed. We were a group of 12. The food was delicious.
