If you want the worst weak coffee, come here and it's only $3.00 for a very small cup. No refills, you have to pay $3.00 more, didn't see Dunkin Donuts on the other side of TSA, much better coffee.

The absolute worse Dining and food experience ever ! I’ve been here multiple times and may not go back ! Over cooked steak , waitress slow and untrained ( in my opinion ) my wife’s chicken dry and disgustingly over cooked ! Slow Saturday night , no one in the place barely , took forever to get food, so we got it to go ! What a mistake ! Gross gross grosss! Was lookin forward to bananas foster but that didn’t happen either! Thank god the million dollar Xmas light display was up and rockin or OUR night woulda been wastedVery disappointed ! Never had such a bad meal anywhere

Beef on wreck is perfect. The bun is dipped but not overly salty. Cheddar sauce is good and roast beef was tender. Their creamy horseradish is excellent. Love this place and miss it now that I do live in the Buffalo/Rochester area

We have visited the Rochester area many times since moving away in 2005. Each year, one of our favorite things was having Red Osier for lunch at the airport on our way out of town. July 2018 was as awesome as ever. August 2019 was a disaster. What have you people done??? The meat was not roast beef; it was some kind of cross between plastic and cardboard. And the buns were pretty much the same. Shame on you. RIP the Red Osier we used to know and love. Never again.

Beef on weck quite disappointing. The bun was basically a hamburger one with caraway seeds and kosher salt. I'm used to a real kimmelweck. The roast beef was processed. Amazing how different what I had a few days ago at a RedOsier's food stand at the Rochester International Jazz Festival was. It was absolutely delicious. Would not recommend getting one at the airport.
I want 2 dogs well done and split. Got them split and never seen the grill on the split. Just lazy people the don't care.

If its beef you want, you can do no better than the Red Osier. A bit of a ride but worth every mile. A wonderful selection of beef, pork and chicken. Great for lunch or dinner.

We had the White Hot and Red Hot hotdogs. The food court area is under construction so a little busy. The service was good and hot dogs were fresh and hot. I would have liked a few more onions but I guess I could have asked for more.
