Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I have eaten here more times than I can count over the years and they just never miss. My favorite items are the Tsunami Shrimp, Steamed broccoli, and the Cheeseburger with fries. I also like their Oreo milkshakes.

Always excellent service, clean and great food! We had a 2 drinks, a salad, 2 unlimited fries, and 2 bacon cheeseburgers- had a birthday coupon for a free burger and was less than $30! That was awesome 😎

Very very good service was amazing. I wish the red Robin in Syracuse was bigger like this. I loved this location. Definitely will be coming back soon.!! Fantastic!! Even the five below was huge!! I absolutely like the plaza!!

I went to pick up my takeout order. I told the hostess my name and she went to the back to check for it, then came out and said it would take "a few more minutes". Ok so I sit down and wait in the lobby. An hour goes by. During which no one comes over to me or acknowledges me. Mind you I'm sitting on a bench right next to the host stand. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt...it was a steady Friday night. Finally the hostess I talked to earlier says "are you here for pickup?" like she's never seen me before. She goes and gets my food that's been sitting for who knows how long and of course it's cold. Honestly I was so irritated I chose not to ask for a refund or remake I just wanted to leave. Seeing as they already wasted enough of my time. Poor service. Brainless and careless hostess. Glad I dropped $50 on cold soggy food.

Food was great! Love that we can have unlimited salads. Id like a little more heat in the jalapeño burgers but love the flavor of them. Server was not very attentive. He was kind and polite.

Service was terrible waitress did not bring over napkins even after she had spilled our drinks. She only checked on us twice, was very hard to flag down. Would talk to us from across the room. food was mid. Several tables around us were full of dirty dishes. The place was empty

Food is overpriced and the whole gimmick of never ending fries is a pain, they give you like 10 fries, you have to ask for more right off the get go instead of just getting a decent amount. And why ask how you want your burger cooked if you are not even going to make attempt to deliver the request? We all asked for med rare and not a one of us even had a hint of pink. Also didn't realize it was a favorite of families, very noisy and lots of screaming kids. This is our fault for not checking it out ahead of time, kids are fine but if that's not what you're looking for you might want to stay away.

the waitress was incredibly nice & friendly, she had great energy, she was patient with us as we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. we waited about an hour for our food to actually get to us, which is understandable, there was a childs birthday party so that’s probably why service was slow. I ordered the mad love burger & my brother got the smokin pepper burger, others at our table also ordered burgers & their burgers were fine expect for me & my brothers. we ordered our burgers well done, the burgers brought out to our table were incredibly pink, sent it back, 20 minutes later they brought new burgers out. my brothers was well done like he asked but he was given the wrong burger but he didn’t want to send it back again and risk getting a raw burger again, i bit into mine & again it was super pink. at this point, i'm incredibly annoyed. i waited over an hour for my food just for it to not be made right not once but twice. the waitress was super nice & she took the burger off our check, & i left without eating because at that point my appetite was completely gone & ruined from biting into a pink raw burger. i don’t know what’s up with the cooks back there, but they clearly don’t know how to cook burgers properly. i also work in food service & i would never serve food knowing it wasn’t good for the customer to eat, that guy needs to consider a new career because cooking clearly isn’t his expertise.

I was really disgusted with the service and food tonight the kids Mac and cheese was cold they took it back and brought another one out it was cold again it took the waitress to go back into the kitchen to heat it when she brought it out the pasta was not cooked in it my ff that I up charged for garlic looked like a blob just got tossed on a plate, and they tasted like they were made yesterday, the fish sandwich my husband got also was very gross and to top it off the waitress was MIA the whole time, she didn’t come to check on us half the time she was busy talking to employees instead! I have never been so disturbed as much as I was tonight with the atmosphere food and service you would think after u had to bring food out 3 times you would
Compensate me for it noo and I paid 100 dollars for crap food!! I’m really disappointed

THIS PLACE IS SKETCHY… feels like i walked into a video game, nobody was real not a chance. if i must say the food was average and TBH (to be honest) but our server was great a super nice young lad. my water was phenomenal and the ice had the perfect amount of chewiness and the burger seasoning was so good that i borrowed some for a little while. i got the doughnut tower almost killed me because it was hot but i liked it once it cooled down. THEY EVEN LET ME BRING MY NEW PUTTER INSIDE WOOOOOO.
