Found Revolution while visiting relatives. Ordered the orange beef and was very happy with it. Good flavor and generous portion. I will definitely be stopping back to try anther dish. Though I didn't eat in, there is a nice setting / eating area inside.

From the outside, this place doesn't look like much. The place is setup to be a karaoke bar at night, but we came for brunch dim sum. Located in a strip mall. We arrived right when they opened and they didn't seem quite ready for a large group but they accommodated us nicely. We sat at a large table with a giant lazy Susan. Perfect for family style! We ordered tons of items from the menu. The wraps for the dumplings taste fresh and homemade and were delicious. The scallion pancakes were some of the best I've tasted in a long time. The servers could have been more attentive and friendly. They didn't even have soy sauce or utensils on the table when we were served food. I didn't get the sense that they were happy to have us as patrons even though our party spent nearly $200. They lose a star for customer service. Overall, the food was delicious and made up for the lack of hospitality.

Used to eat a lot there when first moved to Rochester.?However the flavor changed (not as authentic as before) since 2023 (I think they might change the chef).?Most importantly, the female waitress is very rude/ unprofessional in service which really affects your mood when dining there…(and I found this is not just feelings from my side but also others when checking reviews). I don’t think I’ll ever visit there again if she is still there…

For this time visit, their new menu rice noodle soup with a choice of three different kinds of broth and the Braised Fish menu that have four different kinds of flavor really surprise me!! There are so many add-on veggie and proteins that you can choose by yourself!! This Spicy Grilled Fish is a flavor explosion! The perfect blend of spices making every bite a delightful experience! A must-try for seafood enthusiasts!
