We've only order from here a couple of times but today was the worst experience ever and they will no longer be getting our services. We call in an order for pick up; 3 simple things. We referred to their website before placing the order so that way we were aware of the price (mind you that their menu that I just picked up on march 2 says to refer to the website for pricing). We call back within 2 minutes to confirm the pricing and after hearing said price said we wanted to change the order, not cancel it but change it - immediately they start yelling saying we can't change our order because they already did the pizza and already dropped the fish, then started yelling about how there are no prices on the website. Because of this nasty attitude we then cancel the order.

The people were incredibly nice and the pizza was great. Recommend trying the Dill Pickle Pizza if you like pickles. It's a lot of pickles so you have to really like pickles. If you don't really like pickles I would get a different type of pizza. I can't emphasize enough how many pickles are on the dill pickle pizza.
Decided to try their pizza... Was well above my expectations! One of the best pizza joints in Rochester and the passionate team makes the experience amazing. Will definitely come here again.

JANE has the best pizza and wings in town. Ask about the special sauce (Nashville hot) is delicious. They have the softest biggest delicious chocolate chip cookies as well❤️ This will be my to go pizza every time I come to Rochester. ❤️

Flew in from Denver Colorado just to try the dill pickle pizza. Did not disappoint at all. 5 stars! Big pickle guy and big ranch guy. Can't go wrong. Thicker dough than I usually like but you need that structure to hold up all those pickles. Highly recommend to stop in and try.
