Thank goodness they are closing this business. The waitresses were more on top of people they knew. We were there for over an hour waiting. Finally got sat down. 45 minutes later a waitress showed up. Did not ask us if we wanted anything to drink. She didnt want to wait on us but the owner made her. Like come on. After we got our salad we waited over 45 minutes waiting fir our food. The people that came in after us were served right away and left. The waitress came to our table and told us they ran out of prime rib. Although people were still being served. She told us we were getting rib eye. Like really i dont like that. Half hour after that she brings out our dinners. My piece of meat my own dog wouldnt eat. My mil was the same way. All i can say is the orices are outrageous and the food is horrible.

I'm literally heartbroken that this amazing restaurant will be closing it's doors 10/19 after years of amazing food and service. I never had a bad experience and some of my best memories are at this amazing establishment. Wishing you all the best but dang you'll be missed.

Service was good however nearly all the food was cold/severely undercooked we went for my mother's birthday and we're about as forgiving as customers can be because we've all worked in the industry. That being said I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.

Ate there once before with my family and it was amazing. However, when I went the second time the prime rib and au jus came out cold with no seasoning. My family actually ended up putting salt in the au jus and on the prime rib for more flavor. The meal came with a choice of two sides the rice I chose had tasted as if there were chemicals in it. My mother also tried it and said that it tasted funny as well. The pasta also had absolutely no flavor either. I was very disappointed and confused as to what happened to the amazing food I had the last time.

They need to hurry up and close down. Today was my birthday dinner and I'm now at home upset and hungry cause they took over 3 hours to serve us and my scallops were microscopic. Never again!!!

Hello, I have to share my experience at Rick's... My Lady and I were greeted at the door by Herbie which I feel like I have known for 30 years just by talking to him for 5 mins. Carolyn was our server and I could NOT ask for a better server or more excellent service, she was very attentive and very pleasant and professional! Phil came by our table and spread the personal feel by sharing, talking and making sure our meal and experience was great!! Our experience was GREAT and we WILL be going back ... Thank you very much for everything and awesome food... Dwight

Phil and staff, you outdid yourselves Easter brunch yesterday! The food was delicious and the prime rib was out of this world and the selection was endless. We will see you on Mother's day.
