If I could give zero stars, I would! Absolutely disgusted by our experience at Ridge Donut Cafe today.
We found a long blonde hair baked into one of the donuts in the dozen we purchased. That alone is repulsive—but it gets worse.
Not a single staff member behind the counter was wearing gloves. Their hair—long, uncovered, and flowing—was not tucked into hair nets. It was giving health code violation central.
When I brought the issue to their attention, expecting a simple apology and a refund, I was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of accountability. They denied my refund twice, saying the owner wasn't present and only she could approve it. When I asked them to call her, they refused, saying she was “in Florida for a funeral.”
I told them—I don’t care if she’s at the President’s funeral. Call her or give me my money back.
They refused. They laughed. Yes, the staff actually laughed about the situation—while serving contaminated food to customers and acting like it was no big deal.
The level of unprofessionalism, unsanitary handling, and sheer disrespect was jaw-dropping. It’s the caucasity for me.
I will be reporting Ridge Donut Cafe to the health department, and I highly advise others to avoid this place unless you're okay with biting into someone's hair and being laughed at for complaining.
Do better. Or shut it down.

Went today to pick up some doughnuts anbreakfast sandwich and try the Little Debbie inspired Christmas tree donut and everything was AMAZING. Super fresh and delicious. Even with many people there the line goes quick and the employees are super nice and accommodating. 10/10 reccomend.
