Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Excellent soft serve ice cream.

First time going here with my teenager, weather in Rochester is 90° Good idea to to get an icee.

Back @ Rita's with my younger two daughters on another hot day, their first time as well. They mix two flavors 😋

I purchased 2 pints of custard and 2 ice cream sandwich packs. It was like $35. I served the pint last night. Totally hollow pint. the custard was swirled in circles around the sides with an empty middle. I didn’t notice how light it felt in the store as I was carrying other items. never again. What-a rip off

We hired Rita’s for our employee event and couldn’t be happier! Everything was delicious, and the owner’s personality made it even better. Highly recommend!

I love freshly made Italian ice, and you never know what you're going to get, but there's always something good! I was hoping for pina colada again, but they did have lemon ice and even a root beer float ice this time!

I'm glad they're around. Nice, friendly, and a great alternative to plain ice cream shops. It's very popular!

Staff are friendly. We had vanilla gelati mixes with lemon, coke, and mango - mango was THE BEST. Coke makes a good slush/icee - would be SO much better if they had root beer so it'd be like a RB float! The vanilla-flavored custard tastes more like cool whip than ice cream, though. Small size is perfect, just right amount! Large is too much for me.

Food was heat but it was an hour bf closing and one girl was mopping while the other took care of fall the customers.

Customer service was absolutely amazing, any place would be happy to have the young lady at the counter today 6/25/25. My boyfriend tried the custard ice cream for the first time.

I can't believe it took me soo long to stop in try a gelati. If you never had Rita's, it's a must. It will change the way you look at italian ice. They have a nice rotation of flavors and custard. Staff is always nothing but pleasant. I am there at least twice a week :)

Great variety of flavors and our server, Jen, was super nice explaining the options. This was our first visit and her customer service says it will not be our last. Great product with wonderful customer experience.

Would be 4 but they got rid of the option to get flights. They used to have these cups that had 4 slots. 1 for frozen custard and 3 for a variety of Italian ice. Stopped by Friday and they stopped doing those so grumble grumble.
