Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

We love Rita’s. They have great ice and custard. But the staff were so unfriendly and the cleanliness was absolutely disgusting. Trash all over the seats and tables.

went today on my lunch break for a sweet treat and had their key lime vanilla gelati it was so good and the service was amazing. any time ive gone everyone has been so nice :) happy to have a place like this in brighton!

We loved Rita's and the people there are just wonderful. I accidentally left my cell phone there, we went back at closing to find it and Victoria had found it and kept it safe until I retrieved it. The frozen ice is amazing, so many flavors love the mango and the frozen custard was delicious! ? The staff there are top notch and certainly deserve a big raise in my opinion ?

Very clean every time we go and fast service. Love the chocoholic with vanilla.

First time in to Rita's sign said open at 12 they were not open until 12:10 or so girl behind counter very rude. How am I a first time customer supposed to know she only person in their if it is a regular habit to open late why don't you just put a note up saying opening 10 after today. But she proceeded to give me a lecture about all that so I finally said enough with the lecture I'd like to order now. Ice stuff very good chocolate custard wonderful. Employee needs to be nicer to customers especially first time ones.

Rita's is wath it is . I love the new margarita ice cream omg try it is so delicious y'all.. every frozen ice custard is delicious different flavors so Good y'all,believe me so tasty. And the staff are so awesome and friendly . And on this hot days Rita's is wath you need to cool off. Nice for kids and everyone they have seat inside and outside nice ambient.

The last Rita's in Washington state closed pre-pandemic, so my spouse made us go here twice while we were in town. He was a happy man. The gelati was just what he was craving. Service was great, everyone was lovely, and it was super clean inside.

I love this place but there open sign wasilluminated when they weren't even open for another 2 hours

Delicious and fun! I love the different flavors and especially the flights. Choosing my own flavors is so fun! Can't wait to go back again
